Chapter 23: The Girl Im Falling For

 

 Kendall's POV

"It's Me or Her" Cara spat out.

My eyes widen in shock and I looked over at El and she was mirroring my expression..everyone was! This isn't 1st grade anymore where you choose who you want hang out with but Cara made it seem like it was.

I looked over at Harry and his eyes was flickering between me and Cara.

"I'm going to borrow him for a sec" Louis clapped and dragged Harry upstairs.

"You" Cara seethed and pointed a finger at me.

"Every since you and your sister came you have been causing problems with mine and Harry's relationship" She spat out.

"Maybe you were the problem Cara" The boys tried to stifle in a giggle but it sounded like they were choking while Eleanor, Dani and Kylie were patting my back.

Cara rolled her eyes and flipped her hair to her other shoulder. 

But right now I was anxious..happen if Harry did choose and he choose Cara..what will happen then?

Harry's POV

"I can't believe she's putting you on the spot like this" Louis shook his head while pacing around my room.

"I know" I mumbled. "Thanks for getting me out of there" I half smiled up at him.

"You know your going to have to choose" Louis sighed.

"I know" I ran my fingers through my hair.

It's either my 2 month girlfriend or the girl I'm falling for.

"I think we should be going back down" I told Louis and he nodded. Before Louis walked out the door..he turned around and looked at me.

"Go with the heart" Louis whispered and turned back around exiting the door.

Kendall's POV

Louis came back down the stairs with Harry slowly following him..this felt like I was in a game show but in all reality I was not.

"So..." Cara trailed off impatiently tapping her heel against the wood.

"I'm sorry" Harry stopped..flickering his eyes on me and then to Cara. His eyes landed on mine and hopefully this wasn't a bad sign.

"I'm sorry Cara" Harry mumbled still looking me straight into the eyes.

"It's just that..our relationship wasn't like it was use to be" Harry took his eyes off of me and then looked at Cara. inside I was doing all kinds of dances.

"So your picking her" Cara gritted her teeth.

"I'm picking no one Cara..it's just that I'm done with you..there's nothing left in our relationship and you know that" Harry explained..Cara roamed through her purse and pulled out a key and threw it too Harry and stomped out of the apartment building. Before she exited the doors she looked straight at me and mouthed 'This isn't over bitch..this is just the beginning' That made me flinch a little but I knew she couldn't hurt me.

The girls were all gaping while all of the rest the lads had smiles on there faces and they were giving me winks.  

"I'm going upstairs" Harry mumbled and made his way up stairs. Once he was all the way up Elenaor started Doing little dances around the room.

"She's gone" She sing songed.

"I think that was handled well by Harry" I told everyone and they all nodded.

"Because I mean when Cara said choose that was kind of childish" Dani pointed out.

"Agreed" Kylie laughed and walked over to the kitchen with Niall.

"Why don't you go check up on him" Louis asked.

"Ya I will" I smiled and all of the boys gave me a thumbs ups I walked up the stairs and made my way to the balcony where Harry was sitting looking at the sky. I quietly sat down beside me and he looked at me for a sec and then back up to the sky.

"I'm sorry for putting you into that position" Harry broke the silence.

"It was okay and if you ask me I felt like I was back in 1st grade" I joked and a little smile spread across Harry's Face.

"I like how you can even make me smile when I'm down" Harry laughed and a smile spreader across my face.

I was also sad to see Harry so hurt..he looked so vulnerable..

The next thing I did shocked me. I pulled Harry into a big hug and he also did the same. We just sat there hugging and it felt amazing. He smelt like candy for some reason but I liked it.

After a few minutes I pulled away and looked Harry straight into the eyes.

"Everything's going to be ok" I smiled up at him.

"I know..since I got you here"

"Harry can I ask you a question" I felt brave enough to even ask this question.

"Anything"

"Do you like me" I asked and it was silent for a few moments and I kind of regretted saying that because maybe Harry think's I'm a sister to him.

"A lot" Harry finally spoke up and my head shot up.

"Do you like me" Harry asked.

"Yeah Alot" I smiled up at him.

"Can I ask you another question" I laughed.

"Ya"

"Why didn't you choose Cara" I whispered and Harry looked like he was thinking over this question

"Because if I chose Cara then I wouldn't be happy..I wouldn't probably even get to see you" Harry paused and looked me straight into the eyes. "It would be hell not to even see the girl that I'm falling for" Harry spoke still looking into my eyes and right now I was speechless.

"Your falling for me" My voice cracked a little.

"Yea I am..your the one who stole my heart " Harry smiled down at me and I probably looked like a fish because I was opening and closin my mouth.

"You don't have to anwser to that but right now Kendall I want to take things slow because if we rush things then things might go bad" Harry said..I was actually kind of happy we weren't rushing things!

"But now it's my turn to ask you a question" Harry said.

"Anything" I laughed.

"Will you go on a date with me on Friday"

"I would love too"
