After 10 years

Chapter 23

Leon's POV:

Wow, he really broke her heart, mostly by cheating on her, I think. I've been walking around the city for nearly an hour right now trying to find Vilu. When Jack left, she just run of and nobody knew where she went. There is just one place I haven't looked for her and I can't believe I haven't thought of it earlier. When we were here the last time, she told me that if she needed to think or if she wanted peace and quiet, that she would go to the water and sit there thinking, sometimes for hours. I walk to the pool and see her sitting on the edge with her head in her hands and I can hear her crying. It breaks my heart to see her like this and if I ever see that Jack again, he will regret the fact that he hurt her. Right now all that is not important, what's important right now is that Vilu stops crying. I walk over to her and sit next to her; she looks up and immediately buries her face in my chest. I just put my arms around her, let her cry and stroke her back a little. After a while of crying she looks up and the look in her eyes just breaks me, she looks broken and hurt and to be honest it's the same look she gave me when she first came back.

V: "Thank you."

L: "For what?"

V: "Being here, calming me down in there, being there when Jack came."

L: "That's what I'm here for, loving you and emotional support, oh and of course to have a handsome plus one for parties and events." I said laughing.

V: "Leon, I was serious!" she said trying, with the emphasis on trying she was miserably failing, to hold her laughter.

L: "I know, but I did make you smile again."

V: "Yes, you did." She said and she smiled again, what I would do to see her beautiful smile.

L: "You're so beautiful when you're smiling." I see her looking down and her cheeks become a dark shade of red "Heey, don't look down when I complement you, own it."

V: "That's easier said than done when you complement me like that."

L: "You are beautiful, that's a fact. If you accept that and if you accept the fact that I'm going to complement you about that, than you wouldn't feel embarrassed if I complement you."

V: "I'll try, but I can't control my blushing."

L: "Come on let's go inside, everyone is worried about you."

V: "Okay"

We walked back inside and everyone was waiting there like I suspected.

Lu: "Omg Vilu, I was so worried about you when I heard that Jack had come back and you ran away. I'm sorry for not being there I was still at the festival with Fede."

V: "It's okay, really I'm fine now. Yes he heard me with his words, but luckily Leon was there to help me and keep me calm."

L: "Sweet boyfriend, at your service."

She lightly smacked me on the arm, but started laughing a second later and I hugged her.

V: "But Ludmi, why were you still there, I thought that you two were coming with us?"

Lu: "We were, but you'll never guess who walked up to me right before I wanted to leave."

V: "Stefano?"

Lu: "Bingo!"

V: "You have got to tell me what happened!"

Lu: "Fine, but only if you tell me what happened with Jack?!"

V: "Deal, come on let's go to the living room."

Short chapter, but more will be coming.
