Chapter 18: Ashes

"Ugly orange hair! Probably came from Cheetos!" 3 Big boys in a circle laughed while a little boy located inside the circle is crying. He had a few bruises. 

"What a loser!" They scream at him then kicked him continuously.

I was a little girl, I had my mom holding my hand as we walk towards them. I quickly let go of her hands as I run towards the boy, my brother. 

"Get off my brother!!!" I scream at them pushing their leader to the ground and punching his face.

"Fuck off!" He screams at me then pushes me down on the ground.

"Pick someone your own size!" I scream.

"Stop!" Our mom screams with one of the boys on her hand. "The principal will surely be aware of this, again!" She emphasizes again.

I woke up, Jimin is in the room fully dressed. I walk towards the bathroom. Ignoring the same dream I kept on having. The dream stopped when I left the orphanage but it came back.

I called my driver to take me to the company. I saw Alex with that beautiful smile... Finally, she is happy again.

"Good morning, Mrs. Park." *giggle* She said ending with a giggle. To be honest, my blood boiled when I remembered Jimin... But it might upset her if she knew so I gave her a smile not realizing how weak it looked. "What's wrong, Y/N?"

"Nothing." I said with my head down walking in my office. Is it that obvious? I felt how the tears dare to fall off my eyes... Those pictures were in my mind again.

Alex comes in with a load of files. "So, what do we have today?"

"Work, work and work!"She answers with a giggle making me smile again and wipe the tears off. "Here," She places the files on my table then walks towards the door but stops when she reaches the doorknob. "I know you have a problem, Y/N-ah," I frown "but I will always be here to listen to you whenever you are ready to tell me, okay?" She said looking back at me with that smile making me smile back at her. She opens the door.

"Wait!" I scream and she walks back in and closes the door. "I have a question..."

"Ask away!" She said with that comforting smile that made me feel better.

"What do I do when someone does the same sin all over again?" I look at her with the tears in my eyes.

"Tough question, " She walks towards my desk and sits in front of me with her legs closed and her right hand on the table where her head rests on. "Are you sure it is his sin?"

"What do you mean? I have all the evidence I need." I explain with both of my arms on the table and I lay my head down on it.

"It could be a prank of some sort..."

"It can't be! Jimin is in bed with 4 ladies in bikinis! It can't be a prank!" I said with a higher voice. She nods her head in understanding.

"Did you see it with your own eyes?" She asks.

"Y-yes?..."

"Don't lie to me, Y/N-ah!"

"No... I did not."

"Well, there are some things that a bare eye can't see." She answers. I don't understand. I tilt my head to the right. "I mean you don't know what really happened."
