Park Jimin POV
The teacher was teaching, and all the students listened to her except me. I was profoundly thinking. I didn't know why but I was anxious. It was as if something big or wrong was going to happen.
Ever since I saw Sohee's beaten-up face, I felt guilty and angry. Seeing her broken made me think all over again. Thinking about that day, I remembered that we didn't hear anything from Sohee but Tzuyu and her friends. That day they never let her talk, and neither did I. Every time they interrupted her and spoke against her. I didn't listen to her, too, when she tried to explain.
I didn't trust her.
What could I even do, though? Everything happened so fast that day.
Collecting all the missing pieces, I finally realized that Sohee wasn't guilty. She would never be but, Tzuyu and her evil friends.
I snapped out and looked at Taehyung, who placed his hand on my shoulder, giving a light squeeze as he whispered.
"What's up with that face, bro? Are you okay?"
"Yeah, but everything happening here is not okay," I replied, running my fingers through my hair.
"You mean this lecture?" He asked calmly, looking back to the teacher while frowning. "You're right. She is boring. Not my type but will make a good couple with Yoongi hyung."
He shrugged his shoulder, and I facepalmed, gritting my teeth.
"Tae, I am not talking about the lecture or the teacher."
"Oh, so what are you talking about?" He averted his eyes from her to me, pressing his lips into a thin line.
"I am talking about Sohee. I might be right, and I think Sohee is blamed for what she didn't do." I muttered, heaving a shaky breath.
"You mean she is innocent?" He asked, wide-eyed.
"Yes. And I want to talk with everyone about this so, tell others to skip the next class and meet in our hideout."
"Copy that!"
I nodded to him and tried to concentrate on the lecture.
I am sorry, Babe.
