"Hey mom! I thought you would come on Saturday", I said while climbing down the stairs.

"Hey Mishi! Yeah the meeting's been canceled", she answered as she rested her neck on the sofa.

"Oh right. Tired?" I asked and without letting her answer I made my assumption,"must be. You should take some rest".

"Hmm..I am. Yes I will."

"Well, I'm going for shopping with Jake", I hugged her from the back of the sofa.

"I know. He had already told me", she smiled and hugged me back.

"Okay. Bye then", I headed towards the front door.

"Take care"

"How many years will you take to reach the car?", Jake's head rose from the front gate.

"Coming. Can't you wait for a few minutes", I rolled my eyes.

"I AM waiting for you for like a couple of five minutes", he said, looking at his watch.

"Yeah right! Big deal", I pouted.

"Monster", he poked out his tongue.

"Loser", I did that too.

"You too."

"Nah! Only you!"

We kept on calling each other names till we reached the car.

------------------------------

We stopped outside the mall.

"You go, I'll park the car", he ordered.

"Will you come?", I asked.

"What? What do you mean?", he said raising his eyebrow.

"I mean if you would come. Like the girl-shopping-thingy. You don't like to do shopping, with girls specially", I said looking in his eyes. They were so good, so warm, so deep.

"Of course I'll come. What made you think I won't?", he asked.

"Just saying."

"I'll join you soon."

I nodded and opened the door of the car to leave.

"Hey there, now can I help you?", a lady attended me as I walked inside.

She must have been in her fifties. A tall, thin lady with a fair complexion. She was wearing a pink shirt with a logo of the shop printed on the upper left side of the shirt with a black skirt. So she was attending me tonight.

"Umm..hey. I'm Mishelle Russell", I introduced myself.

"Catherine. Catherine Cheever", he pulled out her hand.

We shook hands.

"I want something stylish, something sparkly, something that suits me", I explained. Well, sort of, I guess. I was never good at explaining my choices.

Woah! Really? How on earth did she understood me? I laughed it off inside my brain.

"Try this", she returned with a silver maxi. The outfit was cool. A sleeveless maxi flowing all the way till ankles. It was so sparkly as if it was shaken well inside a box of silver glitter. Lol! My imagination.

Well, it was good but I needed something else. Although I likes it but it wasn't the thing that captured me. A first-glance-love thingy.

"Ah... It's good but I need something else. Something new, something classy", I tried to explain.
