Summary: Peter gets Tony's letters right after Tony passed.

Type: Cry fest

Date: right after endgame.

Peter sat on the top of a building in his iron spider suit. He didn't want to wear it, as it hurt him. But he told himself that patrolling would help him keep his mind off of it. He didn't know if he believed himself though.

All the graffiti of Ironman made him sad. He didn't do one thing tonight, just swing around and sat in building tops. The graffiti made him mad, people used to say he was selfish and don't like him. Now that he's gone everyone loves him?

Peter scoffed, they didn't know him. Not like he did.

Peter swung home. He opened his window and climbed in. He dropped down from the ceiling and walked over to the door.

"Aunt May, I'm home!" He called out. He got an okay back before closing the door. His suit slowly started to disappear off of him, and his was left in his school clothes. He quickly changed out his clothes and into his pajamas.

He sat in his bed and took out his phone. He started to scroll through his Spider-Man twitter, but it was full of Tony Stark rips and asking if Spiderman was okay. He quickly signed out of that account, not wanting to see anything about Tony anymore. He's seen him enough the past few days.

The door slowly started to creak open to show Aunt May in her favorite yellow top.

"Hey Pete..." she said and walked over to him. He turned off his phone and set it down on his bed.

Don't cry, not while she's here. Just hold it in for five minutes max.

"How are you feeling?" She asked him. He opened his mouth, but closed it. He felt if he said anything he'd cry. May took his silence as an answer and sat down next to him on the bed. Peter felt the mattress sift as some weight was now put on where May was sitting.

"You still haven't opened your mail from wh-"

"Stop," He said. Aunt May was wanting him to do things to catch up on the last five years. New movies, video games, mail, technology, etc. "I can't- I can't do it," his voice cracked when he first said can't. Tears started to spring in his eyes, no one knew the pain he was feeling. No one understood. People said they understood what he was going through, but they didn't. They couldn't.

"I looked through your mail," she said, ignoring his last statement. He turned to glare at her, but he was too tired. He was too tired for most things. He looked back down at his legs. "You got letters from Tony when you were gone." She said slowly, as if saying it too fast would break him. Peter was a type of rip the band-aid off slowly.

He wiped his head up to his Aunt. Tony sent me letters while I was gone? He wanted to cry. The tears filled his eyes as he looked at his Aunt. Was she being serious?

"Wh- I" He stopped. What could he say. Aunt May offered him a small smile and stood up. She opened a drawer to Peter's dresser and pulled out some envelopes. She walked back over to him and tried to hand them to him. Peter just stared at them but didn't take them. He looked up to May, pleading in his eyes. What was he begging for?

May set the letters down next to him on the bed, and left his room closing the door on the way out.

Peter just sat there for a second, looking at the letters next to him. His face showed saddens, regret, and guilt. The tears slowly started streaming down his cheeks. He took a deep breathe in.
