Two shadowy figures emerges from a dark, eerie hallway. One chasing the other- however it wasn't the friendly kind of chase but more like a predator thirstily craving to get their paws on their prey. The front runner turned corner after corner not wanting to get tagged by the chaser. It started to lose its speed probably due to weariness and heat. Reluctantly, it wasn't about to give up just yet. It appeared confident with every twist and turns it makes until it was a dead end or should you say the edge of the Cliff.

"Please... just listen to me"

"Yeah? After all the klunking lie? You expect me to listen to that?"

"You don't understand. He won't stop. They won't stop until they—"

"We trusted you! We put our faith in you!"
a bloody hand grabbed another in a rough manner. The pleading person begged to break free but the other's strength was too powerful.
A screeching roar echoed the dark hallway and the wind blew colder and colder.
The two figures paused and stared at the same direction. One second passed and silence embraced the whole area. Two seconds passed the sound of a beating heartbeat grew louder. Three seconds passed the pants of the mystery people transmission. Four seconds passed a shadow of a Griever appeared on a corner.

"Forgive me, Mia. This is all for the best" a voice spoke out, loud and clear. "I wouldn't have to do this if you weren't one of them."

Her lips trembled as a pair of hands pushed her off the edge. She was falling from a hundred feet wall. The girl didn't scream nor did she cursed at the silhouette that stood above her. It was the end of the line. The last chapter.

"I hated myself too" this was the last words she spoke before her body faded into the abyss.

And like a sudden jolt of electricity, the nightmare woke him up.

"Rise and shine, you ugly shank!" Newt lifted his heavy eyelids and his eyes slowly met Gally's at the cornerside of the room. The fellow Glader just finished changing his top that had a blanket of mud on it, he probably slipped into a puddle of dirt while building or got his hands dirty while helping in the Gardens or did something bad in the Kitchen and Frypan taught him a thing or two. Newt wanted to go with the third option, it would be hilarious. Frypan treated the Kitchen like his save haven or sanctuary, that shank would never ever have others set foot into it unless necessary. The blonde boy slowly raised his back from the wooden bed. The boy took heavy breaths and pressed a bundle of blonde strands with his hand as he suddenly remembered his dream.

"Again" he said, "Not again" he repeated

"Newt" Gally said, holding a glass of water on his right. "You okay?"

"Yeah. What- what time is it?" he asked, bringing himself back to reality and started to rummage his fingers on his bedheads.

"Half passed the hour of seven. Is something wrong?"

"No. No. Nothing. Nothing is wrong" the younger boy reassured, fixing himself and double knotted his shoelaces. "Just woke up at the wrong side of the bed."

"Uh, what happened to your shirt by the way?" Newt managed to ask, hoping to change the topic before it gets awkward or worse before it goes nowhere.
