"Rue, don't you ever even TOUCH these berries!!" I yell at her. She stutters in a small voice,

"But, but, but, they're only blueberries!" She holds one out to me. I say, in a calmer tone,

"No, Rue. Take a better look at them." I show her one more closely. "These are nightlock." I say. "nightlock is very poisonous. If you ate even a tiny little nibble, you'll be dead in a second. Now let's go back to Katniss and Willow." When we got back, I told Katniss what had happened. Then we both warned Rue and Willow about the dangers of nightlock, and how they were NOT allowed to go near it. We went home with tons of berries! Afterwards, we had a nice berry stew. It was delicious! Then, Willow and Rue decided to go and tend to the primroses in the front of the house. Primrose. I can almost hear the word echoing in Katniss' mind. Willow suddenly came running up the basement stairs, carrying a tiny, plastic duck. I know exactly what Katniss is thinking. Little duck. "Can Rue and I please put this in the primroses? For decoration?" Katniss silently nods her head, and excuses herself from the table.
