The Walking Dead Season 1 Episode 4 Vatos

PREVIOUSLY ON THE WALKING DEAD

The scene shows Rick handcuffing Merle to the roof in Atlanta.

Daryl - You handcuffed my brother to a roof and you left him there!

Rick - Yeah.

Then we see them taking Daryl down and calming him.

Daryl - To hell with all yall just tell me where he is so that I can go get him.

Rick - I'm going back.

Lori - Whats stopping you.

Rick - Seems to me what you need most here are guns. Six shotguns, two rifles, and over a dozen handguns. I cleaned out the cage back at the station before I left. 

Then we see the scene from the first episode at th end.

Rick - I dropped the bag in Atlanta before I got swarmed its just sitting in the street waiting to be picked up.

Then we see them making it to the roof and they find Merles hand.

Daryl - NO! NO! NOO!

The scene opens with Daryl still upset looking at Merles hand then he points his crossbow at T-dog and then Rick points his gun at Daryl.

Rick - I won't hesitate. I don't every walker in the city hears it.

Then Daryl lowers the crossbow so Rick does the same with his weapon.

Daryl - Hey got a dew rag or something. 

T-dog - Uh yeah here.

Then Daryl wraps Merles hand in the rag and puts it in Glenns bag.

Daryl - The trail goes on he started heading out.

Then it shows them following the blood trail and they come across a walker and Daryl shoots it with the crossbow.

Glenn - Wait. Whats that burned stuff?

Then Rick touches it.

Rick - Skin. He cauterized the stump.

Daryl - He's tough feed him a hammer he would crap out nails.

Rick - Don't take that out on faith he's lost a lot of blood.

Then they walk over to a window where they find bloody rags and a broken window.

OPENING CREDITS

This scene shows them by the window.

Daryl - Didn't stop him from busting out this death trap.

Glenn - He left the building?

Daryl - Hell yeah he did.

Glenn - Why? 

Daryl - Why not? No sense to just sit in here and rot because of you guys. I'm gonna go find him.

Rick - Wait Daryl.

Daryl - Get your hands off me! You can't stop me!

Rick - Look he's family I get that. I went through hell to find mine. Now we can check a few blocks around but only if we keep a level head.
