Hisashi Midoriya is not a regular man. He was born in the year 2000, the first year of the 21st century, but it is currently 2200, and this powerful individual is still alive.
About 50 years after the first quirk manifested in a person, he was born and his quirk manifested, called All for One. This quirk can easily be named the most powerful quirk ever, it's a shame that the user of this quirk became a villan.
All for One enables it's user to steal quirks from others, by simply touching them, he can use these powers that he gains, and he can also give them to others. The user can have multiple quirks, Hisashi Midoriya has 23 that we know of. This is how he became the worlds most powerful villan, becoming a match for All might.
Hisashi's brother was quirkless, or so he thought, he had the ability to pass on his quirk, but he didn't have a quirk to pass down. Hisashi's brother didn't approve of his brother's evil deeds, so to end the opposition, Hisashi gave him a quirk that alowed him to stockpile power, then with his two quirks, One for All was created.
At some point Hisashi had his brother imprisoned. The brother is thought to have died in battle with his brother in an attempt to defeat him but didn't have the ability to. Before his death he thankfully passed on his quirk, One For All to someone worthy to be his successor and defeat his evil brother. All we know about the second user of One For All, is that he was bald.
Hisashi is the leader of the league of villans, a very powerful group. He cares deeply for Tomura Shigaraki, a member of the league and it seems that he wants Tomura to be his successor.
At some point in his life, Hisashi met Inko Aki. They married and had a child together and named him Izuku Midoriya. Hisashi left his family when Izuku was very young to pursure his villan life.
All For One has battled All MIght, the 8 user of One For All, and one day he may have to battle his son, the 9th.
