My eyes shot open as I sat up. I panted heavily. I scanned the area, as I immediately recognized it. The clinic. I've been ending up here for days. What in the heavens is going on..? As I was about to get off the bed, I realized a pale cold hand was holding onto mine. I turned my head to the hand, to the arm, to the shoulders.. Subaru?

A pinkish flush had made its way to my cheeks as I realized that he was fast asleep. Why is his hand holding onto mine? I had stared at his sleeping figure. His lips in a straight line, his eyes closed.. There weren't a hint of anger in his face. He seemed in peace. That was until..

"Are you really gonna keep staring at me?"

I blushed bright red as I gasped silently. The albino's eye opened as it stared right into my own.

"I-I'm so sorry..!" I managed to say yet I stuttered, as I looked away in embarrassment. He was awake!?

"Heh. I find it amusing how you're immediately flustered." He smirked teasingly. I only stayed silent as I looked away in embarrassment.

"Enough about that, anyways. You feeling better?" The albino asked, as I silently nodded in reply.

"Tch, I went through a lot once you passed out." He scowled as he crossed his arms.

"Huh?" I blinked twice as the albino had said this. Was I heavy?

"Some goddamn bastards got in my way. Said they wanted you. I couldn't agree to that so I beat 'em up."

Beat them up? How brutal is this dude!?

"From your expression, I can tell you're quite shocked. What could I do? Immediately surrender you? Tch, do you think so lowly of me?"

What? And he's mad at me? What the in the seventh hell did I do!?

"Hey! I didn't say anything!"

"Now you're yelling? After I saved you!?"

"Geez! Calm down will you!? You were the first one who insulted me!"

"Gah! That's how you girls are! You try to beat us men, but you can't!"

"What the hell!?"

He's going off topic! He wants my bad side huh? He'll fucking get it!

"You're insulting my gender!? How fucking dare you think lowly of me!"

"It's true anyways!"

"You know what? Fine! Whatever! Call us useless and shit, but without us, you wouldn't be alive at this fuckin' moment!" I yelled as I got up from the clinic bed.

"Where the fuck are you going!?"

"Getting the fuck away from you! You're all the fuckin' same! You Sakamaki's are assholes!" I yelled as I immediately pulled the door open and slammed it shut. I stomped my way through the campus. Geez, these vampires are a pain in the goddamn neck! That stupid albino was just so fucking nice and now? An obnoxious one? Do they all have mood swings or are they just bipolar? I decided to just ditch the Mukami limousine as I immediately ran out the school gates. It was dawn, and school had ended. Luckily, no student in sight.
