Chapter 1 Life in Mooshu

Sam laid awake and restless in his hammock while he listened to the clip clop of hooves hurry past. It had almost five years since his parents died, Cameron King and Emily King. He had trained the way of the Samoorai and wished to travel to Skull Island to meet The Commodore, a Trainer, so he could become a pirate. Below him, was a secret compartment that contained his cutlass, a Coral Crust.

Being careful not to wake his caregiver, Jonie Nightingale, he turned out of his makeshift bed, still the damn creaking boards creaked louder than a clash of steel on steel. "Crap." muttered Sam, as he turned the floorboard and grabbed his cutlass. He brushed off the bugs gently, and laid it down. He could voices. "The boy.. "Sir- SHUT UP FORNIN!" "Sorry, sire- Quiet. Forn. Stupid Pigs could hear us.
Sam knew those voices. They were Fin Dorsal and Fornin Jones. Sam lifted his cutlass.Time to kill his parent's killer. But before he could stand, high pitched screaming erupted from in the house. He slammed his door open and rushed toward's Jonie's room, each step another nightmare. "TELL US WHERE THE BOY IS!" He could hear the Cutthroats yelling. "Never." Jonie would scream.  I wished she could hold out for another second. I rushed into the room. Fin had his blades raised. He glanced behind him and smiled. And his arm swung. I couldn't move. I was paralyzed with shock and fear. He smiled at me. Gold Teeth grinning. He looked at me and laughed. "Ahahaha! Haha Hoot! You are SO pathetic child. Ah well, its all too bad.. Deacon!  A man, more like a elegant ghost entered the room. He wore a high hat, Black and Gold, as was all his clothing except for high white socks and a pure, pasty white mask, and of course gloves. He clapped a cane on the ground and grinned, or as well as a man in a mask could. I felt my hands tighten on my cutlass hilt. I could hear coarse laughter and I jumped. Then all was black.
