        Warm ups/ Stretch

                -Push-ups (3 sets of 10)

                -Snakes/Walk-in Walk-out (3 sets of 5)

               -Jumpin’ Jacks (3 sets of 10)

                        Mix it up when completing them.

                         Remember to breathe and drink plenty of water

                -Run (3 laps)
