Paul's POV
~
We stood in front of the record store, eagerly waiting for the door to open. I saw an employee carry a big brown box to a display in front of the door. She scattered some records onto the shelves and when she backed away, the boys and I hollered and cheered in delight.

"That's us!" George said as he saw our record sat upon the shelves.

"Is it really? Blimey, thought it was Roy Orbison and his identical triplets." John scratched his head.

"Oi, shut it will you? Enjoy the moment. In a few years you'll think back and think, 'twas the start of everything." I created a rainbow with my hands.

"Could be that or I'd be thinking how much I'd like to punch you in the face." John batted his eyelashes at me.

"Stop arguing, you're gonna drive the people away." George pushed us both.

"A minute to ten." Ringo peered at his watch.

"How many people you ought'll buy it?" George said hopefully.

"Hopefully everyone that's yet to have been born, Hazza." John remarked.

After the comment, the employee headed to the door and flipped over the sign to read 'open'. As soon as we saw that, we pushed through the door. John fell face first, as Ringo tripped over his shoelace. George tripped slightly over Ringos leg and I stopped abruptly before anything.

"Morning to you." John huffed, waving at the employee. "Right, now get off of me. You feel like weighted loaves of bread."

They all clambered away from each other and brushed off their sweaters. We all stared at the display with our names on them; "New & Upcoming Sensations: The Beatles. Listen to their new album, 'Please Please Me' - 3.22.63."

"That's really us." George whispered as we all stared at our album sat upon the shelves.

"It is, isn't it?" John said. There wasn't any sarcasm in his voice; just amazement. "I've dreamed of this since I was a little boy. To have me' own record in a shop. Weird how it all 'appens."

"Excuse me? Your own record? Are you forgetting who's fingers almost fell off when we were making this for 13 hours?" Ringo scoffed at John.

We all laughed as John and Ringo shoved each other around for a moment. While they were bickering, I quickly grabbed a record off the shelf and stared in amazement.

Is this all a dream?

Please don't wake up.

Erika's POV
~
"Wonder what's on the radio today." I said, spinning the dial on the radio.

"Me too." Paul said with a big smile.

I just ignored him as I skimmed through the channels trying to find one I like.

"This'll do." I said, stopping on a channel with a song that's already ending.

As the song ended a radio show host cane in through the speaker.

"That was Sealed With A Kiss by Brian Hyland. If you liked that, you'll like our next songs even more! A new group has made their British debut. Get this - four lads from Liverpool made their names in a small, dark, and drafty club. Now they're on their way to stardom with their debut album; Please Please Me. We're gonna play the tracks of the album and then you'll get to decide if you'll call them the Fab Four." The radio show host said.

My jaw dropped and I turned to look at Paul. He had a smile on his face as his head was resting in his palms like a flower, and he was enraptured by the music and compliments emitting from the radio.

"You never told me it was this big of a deal!" I shouted at him in joy. "I knew you were recording music but I just thought it was something like a live EP! Do you know how big of a deal this is?"

"Yes, I do. And besides, I told you from the start that this was... the start. We're gonna get even more crowds of people pouring into clubs and lining up for miles just to hear The Beatles live." Paul paused at the end as envisioned it in his head.

"I can't believe this! My Paul's a star!" I jumped off the couch and jumped around and danced with him.

"Oh yeah, did you catch that? 'Now they're on their way to stardom' has a nice sound to it." Paul winked.

That truly was the start of something big. And it might not have always been something good.

Also sorry for an incredibly short chapter, I just wanted to put this in the book because it was the moment that the history of music changed just in 32 minutes of music. Within the next chapter or two will be a really good and long one so see you then!

p.s. I almost entered the wattys but I got too lazy to write the form oopsie maybe next year ;)
