Monsters play time

Bugs crawl through her skin

The devil is knocking "Let me in"

The face that faces her is in this mirror

Is the face that is screaming at her in horror

Beast and monsters sneak past the bed

To see her standing there in dred.

She wishes she could escape

The ghost that smothers her with a cape

Trapped inside a nightmare

She refuses to let them be a scare

They cover her in her sheets

And pick her up slowly by her feet

They carry her far away

Where the rest of these horrid creatures play

They stare at her in confusion

,Because she is looking at them as if they are a delusion

They pinch and scratch

And they even pick her up and play catch

Not once was she  frightened

The monster's smiles were not brightened
