I wish for dreams to come
I wish for nightmares to go
But I only wish for some
Of those dreams to come to me
I lay awake every night
To see a dream land in my hands
I hope I get a dream about a kite
Or maybe I could play in a band
Oh how I wish for a dream
Just one for me please
I hope it’s better than it seems
Could I go travel the seas
I wish for a dream
