Finally, I'm back from London. I hate being away from my family and my birthplace. London is a beautiful place but still, I love my land. After all, I'm the next king. He he he no no don't take me seriously I'm not a king it's just a title nothing else. In this era, no one accepts this but our people love us very much and they want us as their leader just like my grandparents. But I'm not a king type of person. I'm the next heir of our business but still, I'm not letting it get in my brain. I'm not your that arrogant and cocky billionaire. I'm more like a sweet and simple down to the earth person.
"Aayansh how are you? We missed you." My dad said as he hugged me.
"I'm the fine dad I also missed you all, where are the others?" I asked as I enter more inside the house or I say palace.
"We all are here waiting for you." My mom said and hugged me as she was crying.
Oh, my mom. She always cries whenever she sees me. She loves me very much.
"Mom don't cry. Now I'm here, I'm not going anywhere else if you will kick me out I'm still not going anywhere," I said and my mom smacked my head.
"Owe! What did I do to deserve it?" I asked dramatically rubbing the place where my mom smacked me.
"Don't you dare to say I will kick you out, you're my greatest possession I love you more than anything else in this world. I accept I love you more than your father as well," Mom said
"Well it hurts," dad said
"Serves you right for sending me away," I said
"Won't you meet us, bro?" Anaita and Arya asked
"How Can I forget you both monkeys? Come here," I said and they both jumped on me
"Let him breath," I heard Choti ma said (Choti ma refers as aunt)
"I missed you so much," I said and hugged her
"We missed you too my boy how are you? Did you find a girl for you or not?" she asked
"Choti ma please don't start on that topic believe me once I find her I will tell you first, promise," I whisper in her ears
"OK ok fine now come on we need to go to a temple today is holi," Choti ma said
"What? Today is holi? No one told me, it's my favourite festival" I whined like a child
Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is celebrated predominantly in India and Nepal but has also spread to other areas of Asia and parts of the Western world through the diaspora from the Indian subcontinent. Holi is popularly known as the Indian "festival of spring", the "festival of colours", or the "festival of love". The festival signifies the arrival of spring, the end of winter, the blossoming of love, and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. The festival also celebrates the beginning of a good spring harvest season. It lasts for a night and a day, starting on the evening of the Purnima (Full Moon day) falling in the Vikram Samvat calendar, in the Hindu calendar month of Phalgun, which falls around the middle of March in the Gregorian calendar. The first evening is known as Holika Dahan (burning of demon Holika) or Chhoti Holi and the following day as Holi, Rangwali Holi, Dhuleti, Dhulandi, or Phagwah.
"oh god you're such a kid bro, don't whine like a kid. Come on we can play holi after Puja (worship)," Anaita said
"OK but give me some time to freshen up and then let me change. I can't come to temple in these jeans and t-shirt, I need to wear proper clothes for it," I said and went to my room
How can I forget it? I missed it so much.
I quickly changed in the clothes that I left here.
After getting ready I went downstairs and we went to the temple. The Puja started.
" please goddess now make me meet my life partner who is here for me I'm waiting from a long time for her," I prayed to goddess Bhavani.
"Ma'am, you can't go Rathod family is doing their worship. No one is allowed till they are done," The guard said politely to someone.
"But this is a temple anyone can come here. It’s not someone's private property," a girl said and her voice caught my attention I came outside to see her
"Ma's but it's rare that Rathod family come outside in a temple. After all, they all are the royals. Today our future king has come back from London, that's why they all are here to worship the goddess with our King," one of the older guards said to her.
"I know who they are but it's not done. In the temple, we all are goddess child. We all are same. Here royal or non-royal nothing matters," the girl smartly replied.
"Anyways I think today I have to go to another temple where the Rathod's are not going," the girl said emphasising on 'Rathod' and left the place but she gave food to the beggars before going.
Who is this girl? She is not only beautiful outside but from inside as well. I need to know about her. She is the only one who doesn't care about our status. I think the goddess has sent the girl who is perfect for me.
