My mum had come back after chasing Ein and mumbling about how he got away, I knew he would out run her seeing as she was human, she's my adopted mum but I love her.

On the way to school the next Tuesday I noticed two werewolves fighting with each other with their group of friends, a green haired werewolf boy was watching I decided to ask him what was going on.
"Hi, excuse me?" I said to him, he jumped,
"Y-yes?" He said.
"Do you know what's going on?" I asked.
"W-well because Aphmau is having a hard time picking an alpha, the other werewolves have been fighting over who is alpha for that week." Explained the boy. I looked over at the two who were fighting, one had bright red hair and the other had dark brown.
"Who are they?" I asked him.
"The red haired one is Blaze, and the other is Fenrir." The boy said.
"Oh, interesting... Anyway, I'm Y/N, what's your name?" I asked.
"My name is Daniel," he said "c-come on, we need to get to school before we're late." He said. We ended up walking to school together.

When we got there I met Daniel's friends, Dottie and Rylan, I instantly got along with all three of them. After five minutes we decided to head to class, on the way inside we met Aphmau.
"Hey alpha?" Said Dottie in a questioning tone.
"Y-yes Dottie?" Said Aphmau, she sounded really upset.
"Have ya thought about picking an alpha male yet? The packs struggling without one." She said, was this really the best time Dottie, isn't it obvious she's upset? I thought.
"N-no, I'm not ready t-to choose an a-alpha." Said Aphmau, she ran away with tears in her eyes.
"She's going to pick an alpha male!" Shouted Rylan.
"Yayyy! Go alpha!" Said Daniel.
"You guys are so stupid!" Shouted Dottie.
"She isn't going to pick an alpha male she just said so!"
"Then what-?" Said Rylan.
"She was crying! She's sad!" Said Dottie.
"Oh..." Said Rylan.
"What do we do, we have to help her!" Said Daniel.
"I agree, any ideas?" I said.
"Her and the old Alpha were pretty close, anyone got his phone number?" Asked Dottie, every shook their heads.
"Aww shoot." Said Dottie "wait, I have a plan,follow me!" We all followed Dottie. On the way I spotted Ein comforting Aph, Dottie took a picture and we carried on until we got to the principal's office.

"What-?" asked Rylan.
"He went to this school so maybe they still have his file! It might have his phone number!" Said Dottie, we went inside and started looking through the files.
"What's his name?" I asked them.
"Aaron!" Said Dottie whilst looking in the E section.
"Shouldn't we look on the A section them?" I questioned. They all came and looked in the A section, Dottie pulled out a file and said.
"This is it!" She opened it "yes! His phone number is here!" She dialed it on her phone then put it on speaker, we all gathered around it as it rang.
"Hello?" Said the voice when the phone was picked up.
"ALPHA!" Shouted the pups.
"Wait, Daniel, Dottie, Rylan!" He said "how did you get my number?"
"Never mind that-" started Dottie.
"They broke into the principal's office and stole your file." I said.
"Wait, who are you?" He asked me.
"I'm Y/π, I transferred here at the start of the year." I said.
"Nice to meet you Y/n, I'm Aaron, I was the alpha last year." He replied "anyway, why are you calling me?"
"We think Ein made Aph cry !" Said Dottie, why would they think that? I thought, then I remembered that he was the Omega.
"Who's Ein?" Aaron asked.
"He's the omega, he joined the same time as me." I replied.
"Hang on, I'll send you a picture!" Said Dottie. Dottie seemingly sent the picture she had just taken,
Aaron went silent.
"So, we were wondering if you could talk to her, and maybe get her to pick an alpha male?" Said Daniel.
"U-um, sure! I'll do that!" Said Aaron.
"Would you mind if we keep your number?" Dottie asked.
"Sure, but only use it in emergencies though." He replied. "Also, I'm not alpha anymore."
"Yeah, but you were the best alpha!" Said Dottie, we all said goodbye then Dottie hung up, she took a  second on her phone, probably adding his number then we headed off to class which was maths.

I sat in my usual seat next to Ein, he looked upset and annoyed.
"Are you ok?" I asked him
"I want to punch whoever made Aphmau cry!" He said. I smiled a bit, it was cute how protective he was.
"Hmm, I noticed she was upset too, I was with the pups." I said.
"Those three werewolves who are always together?" He asked, I nodded.
"We broke into the principal's office and stole last year's alpha's file and called him." I said, "Apparently he was close to Aph last year, he seemed nice."
"Ok, I was trying to comfort Aph, I don't know how well I did but..." He said. "I think she's still sad."
"Did she tell you what's wrong?" I asked.
"She even refused to admit she was upset, she seemed a bit startled by my comforting." He said, looking upset. I laughed.
"What did you do, attack her?" I asked still laughing.
"N-no of course not! I hugged her! Humans like hugs!" This just made me laugh even harder.
"Oh my Irene, I was joking!" I said, he went red and put his hand in his hair while looking down. I laughed even harder and unfortunately the teacher noticed this time.
"Miss Y/n? Would you like to tell the class what you find so funny?" He said, (I don't know if teachers do this at schools in America but they sometimes do it in my school so I'm going with that)
I just looked at him, the whole class had gone silent and was looking at me.
"I, umm, i-" I stuttered "E-Ein made a stupid face a-and it made me laugh!" It was a bad excuse but it was better than nothing.
"Both of you detention." He said. "Now then..."
The teacher had just started teaching again when the bell rang and everyone jumped out and ran from the room.
