I Will Never Give Up On You (Ein x reader)

Part 11

"Welp, first detention! Whoop!" I said sarcastically, making Ein laugh.

"It's your fault you know." He said laughing.

"No it's not, it's your fault for not realizing I was joking!" I said.

"It's both of our faults." Ein said. We arrived at the detention room and sat on the front desks. There was no teacher so we just began to chat until he finally arrived.

"Alright you two! You guys need to sit in silence for the next half an hour, I'm going to take a nap, I trust you." He said. I looked at Ein. The teacher lies down on the floor and fell asleep.

"Wow, we can just chat." I said. "We missed art club." We were planning on going to art club tonight but detention ruined it for us.

"Well, you could draw now." Ein said.

"Yeah, your right!" I said. I got out my paper and pencils from my bag. I drew myself hugging a guy who I made up, I gave him similar features to me but different colour eyes and hair, I liked to imagine what my brother would look like, My mum said I had a brother but of course I had never met him and didn't know what he looked like. When I was done, I realized that Ein had been watching me draw.

"Who is he?" Ein asked me.

"My mum said I have a brother and I like to think about what he would look like, this is what I came up with." I said.

"So he's your... imaginary brother?" He asked.

"Sort of, I know my brother exists, but I don't know him." I said.

"Would you enjoy having a brother?" Ein asked.

"Maybe, It depends what he's like to be honest," I said. "Would you want a sister?"

"Eh, probably not, I like being an only child, a sister would just annoy me." I laughed; I noticed the clock out of the corner of my eye.

"My Irene!" I said. Ein looked shocked.

"What is it?" He asked.

"We've been here for an hour longer than we were supposed to be." I said.

"Wait really?" He asked, I nodded, we were only supposed to be here for half an hour but we have been here for an hour and a half.

"Yeah, I need to get home; my mum's going to be mad." I said. I quickly packed up my stuff and we left the room, the teacher was still asleep. Ein walked me home as usual but said goodbye at the turning into my road, probably to avoid my mum.

"Bye Y/n, see you tomorrow!" He said as he waved and walked away.

"Bye Ein!" I called. I ran down my room and went into my house. I saw my mum standing in the living room holding a plate and staring at the TV.

"Mum, are you-?" I asked.

"Y/n, watch this." She said, she rewound the TV until what seemed like the beginning of the news.

//BREAKING NEWS//

An anonymous werewolf claims to have information on the whereabouts of the ultima werewolves; there is sufficient evidence that the L/N family are indeed ultimas as the claims said last year. If you see the ultima, stay calm and try not to provoke her, If you can, leave the area and try to get to a safe distance away.

Not again... I thought, I began to cry, I knew that this meant that I would have to leave again, my mum pulled me into her arms and we stood there for a while. I heard my phone ping about 10 times in a row and I assumed it was my friends and looked at the messages.

Aphmau had sent a few messages on the group chat saying that she didn't believe a word of the news story, there was a notification saying that Garroth had left; Katelyn and Ein had agreed with Aph and said that we would still be friends no matter what. I texted them all asking them to meet me in the music room before school tomorrow. They all agreed and I asked my mum If I could go into school before we left tomorrow, she said she had booked an afternoon flight so I could. I hugged her and headed into my room to go to sleep.

How could this happen? Again? I have to leave my friends, what if they all forget about me? What if I never see them again? Eventually I fell asleep and had a nightmare about being dragged off by the police and being thrown in prison when I had done nothing wrong.
