Rowan decided to go get breakfast and bring it up to Aelin, as she was as unmoving as a log. Immediately Lord Darrow found his way to Rowan, shockwritten all over his face. Rowan was savagely pleased, because even know Lord Darrow let Aelin be queen and stay, he has just been a royal pain in the backside for Rowan and Aelin.

Darrow opened his mouth to say something, as he fell into step beside Rowan, but then closed it. When he finally found the words he asked
"Where is she?"
"In our room."
"Will she.....will she be down soon?"
"I am bringing our meals up to her now."
"Tell her that I expect her to be down here soon after."

Rowan gave Darrow a look that said he could wait and debated telling him that there was little that he could do to tell her what to do, but instead opted to stay silent. Rowan arrived at the kitchens to see that their meals had indeed already been made, the maidens were all wide eyed as they beheld Rowan. Thought they had all become accustom to Rowan by now,—Many respected him mostly—they were most likely wide eyed due to the kingsflame. Even at the bottom of the castle you could see it just out the doors.

Rowan took the food that he was given from a maiden named Dianna, she smiled, Rowan smiled back. Rowan started back up the stairs on the 3 floor , a door opened to reveal a tawny eyed Lysandra , with a half ripped shirt. Rowan chuckled earning a half smile from Lysandra ,until she noticed her shirt. Shutting the door quickly.

Rowan soon found the door to their room, to find Aelin and Aedion where sitting at the small table by the balcony doors Aelin still starring at the plains. Rowan gently set down the plates.
"I'm going to check on Lysandra." Aelin turned her head and nodded at Aedion. Rowan's gaze locked into his mate's.
Are you okay?
Aelin scowled I'm fine, but this means I have to work harder.

Rowan huffed a laugh, but Aelin just started to dig into food.

"Darrow, in fact, is requesting you, by the way."

"Well the old bastard can wait."

"I gave him a look that said as much."
.                                                                               .

After finishing their food Rowan put on a shirt , and he and Aelin made their way down to the court counsel rooms. Darrow unsurprisingly fund his way to them, his face mixed with delight and surprise, he looked as if he might say something but no words came out.

They found the room already full of lords, all of the lords look as if they were all going to speak at once. But a messenger named Lee quickly handed the letter to Aelin, saying his greatest respects then left the room.

The letter read:
Dear Queen Aelin
We have come to ask you to come visit us at Rifthold. As Lady westfall's baby is due.

Aelin just walked to the lords desk calling Lee to be summoned. Aelin wrote:
We will travel immediately.
