Subzero Maskless Tower Still Not Out

I wanna get Subzero's Maskless gear but the damn tower ain't out yet. Why couldn't I earn it in his towers of time instead of waiting around and checking every two hours or so for his character specific tower. That and the Scorpion Honor Bound Outro is the last one I need to Komplete my intros and Outro equippables.
