He turned his body fully towards the source of his wake-up call, still groggy, and found the red-faced girl who in time gathered the sheets towards her chest, eyes now wide, immobile due to shock of the situation – and the sight of his fully naked body. And it all came crashing to him.
"Shit," he muttered.
He vowed a long time ago that he will never get hammered like this again, but because he was trying to ease the pain and frustration he felt in meeting her again, he didn't realize he'd gotten intoxicated enough to sleep with her. And yet, he remembered.
He remembered watching her being ditched by the guy she was dancing with. He remembered watching her isolate herself from the crowd. He remembered seeing her tears, and not taking it anymore, he made his way towards her in the hopes of talking to her, and maybe comfort her. But her mere proximity and scent that he missed so much made him do otherwise.
He remembered their hands pulling on each other, fiercely making out by the back door, before he suggested to continue at his place. For a moment there, the consequences never crossed their minds; she probably had no idea that it was him. They just needed to quench that undeniable thirst they have for each other at that moment. The old cab driver was probably traumatized by his loud grunts and cursing when she started touching him at the back seat of the cab.
He was brought out from his fog when the woman sat up away from him, back bare, her long hair falling like a curtain on her smooth skin. She was muttering something under her breath, until she's had enough and stood up from the bed, the sheets falling on her feet.
Sean felt something stir within him, triggering memories of them that early morning, as he stared at her bareness. She looked so beautiful as the sun hit her skin, and he felt a hollow in his stomach at the realization of how much he missed her.
That sensation of longing filled his chest, suddenly making it hard to breathe. He had to do this right, or else, he'll lose her again.
He sat up, heart pounding as he dragged himself to the edge of the bed.
"Kayc," he started.
He noticed her freeze at the sound of his voice for a second, but resumed snapping her bra, not once looking back or acknowledging his call. He took a deep breath again.
"Kayc. Let's talk. Please –"
"There's nothing to talk about," she said, voice hard and not meeting his eyes as she looked for something. She spotted what she was looking for and trudged across the room to pick it up, her feet light. She grabbed her panties from the floor, bending down as she wore it, shamelessly giving the man a view.
Sean just stared, swallowing hard as what happened as they entered his room replayed in his mind. The way he slammed her on the wall and knelt before her, worshipping her lower lips as she met his pleasurable attack with steady rolls of her hips and a pleasurable grasp on his hair. If she did remember, she was doing a good job hiding it.
Focus, Sean.
She turned to face him, eyebrows meeting as if she was ready to talk him down, when she noticed his state of undress still. Her whole face turned beet red, but made no move to look away, just lifting her chin up in defiance as she looked back at him.
"Nothing happened," she told him, before wearing her skirt.
Sean had to scoff at her declaration, annoyed at her new attitude. "Not if you weren't begging me to fuck you harder this morning," he spat, glaring back at her.
