dont go breaking my heart (jeno and jisung)

Jeno is currently courting me and I don't know what to do because I like someone else.

Jisung is my best friend since Highschool and now that we finished Highschool,  I can't stop thinking about him. He went to a different university and I'm in the same university as jeno. I told jeno that I like someone else but he said "I don't mind, I can wait." And that frustrates me because I don't want him to hurt. Jeno is also one of my closest friends that I met in university.

I called jisung but he wasn't answering his phone so I called his mom because his mom knows me and my family. Jisung and I are also family friends thats why me and jisung are so close.

I'm thinking of confessing my feelings because we're adults now, I don't think I can hide myself forever.

His mom told me that jisung is very busy with his school activities and wondered why she hasn't seen me hanging around jisung.

I responded with "im not in the same school as him".

I walked around campus and saw jeno with his friends. Then jeno saw me so he right away waved at me so all his friends looked and....

Jisung was there.

Jisung looked at me in surprise. "Y/n!?" Jisung whispered to himself.

I couldn't believe what I'm seeing so I waved back and ran away.

Jeno caught me. "Why are you running?"

"I wasn't running,  I was jogging. " I said.

"Well, do u have time? I was wondering if—" jeno was cut when I said.

"No, I'm really busy. I'm so sorry jenooo ill make up to you! I promise " while running away from him.

Jisung then saw all my missed calls.

Jisung called me.

I answered. 

"*gasping for air* hello?" I answered.

"Why did u run?" Jisung asked.

"Why weren't you picking up your phone?"I asked back.

"It was on silent.  Come back, I missed you." He said silently but I heard loudly.

"Well, I have something to tell you." I said.

Jisung and I went somewhere to walk n talk.

He was telling me how university is so cool and fun and he met so many people in a day meanwhile I wasn't really having fun at university because I have tons of school work and my social life went downhill.

we decided to have dinner somewhere.
The restaurant is really nice and pretty,  it is a good place to confess.

"This place looks expensive 😳 " jisung said.

"It is expensive..." I said.

"Wanna eat somewhere else instead?" Jisung said.

Then jeno came to our table to take our order.

"Are you ready to ord–...er?" Jeno was confused to see me with jisung.

"Jeno! You work here?" I asked him in a lively voice.

"Oh right I was gonna ask you earlier how you knew y/n" jisung asked jeno.

"Y/n's m—" jeno paused when he saw me giving him hand signals not to say anything.

I didn't want to budge this opportunity to confess so .."I think I'm gonna order food here." I said to jisung.

"Oh, okay." Jisung said.
