Chapter 12

Logan POV
              
               I sighed as I sat at my desk looking over the note that had been retrieved in Virgil's room. I regretted not telling Patton what was on the not but I just didn't know how to. I put my head in my hands trying to concentrate. Where could they be? I felt a hand on my shoulder and jumped at the unexpected contact. I looked up to see Patton but he wasn't looking at me, his gaze was focused on the note on my desk. I saw tears start to form in his eyes as he read. I stood up next to him and started to explain but he stopped me.
 
               "Don't worry Logan. I know why you didn't tell me." UE said. His gaze went from soft to a hard glare in an instant as he looked at me with determination filling his eyes. "We have to go find them" I nodded in agreement then adjusted my glasses.

              "May I suggest looking in Romans room for any clues as to where they have gone?" He nodded and marched out of my room and into his. We both began to turn Roman's room upside down looking for anything that would tell us where he went.

               "Logan?" I turned to see Patton standing in front of a door hidden behind a mirror. He gave me a confused look before retuning his focus to the door. "How come I've never seen this before?" He said.

               "I don't know." I responded as I walked over and opened the door to a hill over looking a kingdom in the distance. "But I think I know where they may have gone now." Patton nodded and looked at me.

               "Then what are we waiting for?"
