                                                            Best Day of My Life

It was Friday 6:30 (It was now no longer last Friday) half an hour before Romelle's party. Klance rubbed against my leg, "You hungry." I put some food in his bowl. He ate it them fell asleep, "Cats." I said. I had on a blue sweater, black legging's, and whit tennis-shoes. My hair was brushed so I grabbed my jacket and my phone. I looked out my window, Keith waved at me from his balcony, "Hello Lance." He said. He was wearing the jewelry I gave him, black leggings with holes (they looked like the one's we first see Klaus Hargreeves wearing), a pink turtle-neck shirt that would show half of his stomach if he moved his arms, and leather boots. It wasn't that cold now (it was like 58 or 66 degrees in Fahrenheit) so his outfit was understandable.

"Hello Keith." I said walking out on my balcony, "What you doing?"

"Asking you to take me to the party because my motorcycle is still in the shop."

"Sure thing senor." Keith put his elbows on the edge of the balcony, "You're so annoying." I raised an eyebrow. Keith leaned over so our faces were only an inch apart. I smiled, "You're adorable." I kissed him. While I kissed him I stroked his chin. Keith wrapped his arms around me. "I love you." Keith whispered. Then he kissed me again.

We got out of the car. "Are you sure this is it?" Keith said amazed. "She own's a mansion!" I said surprised. Romelle had a colossal white mansion with pillars in the front. "It looks like a Greek Temple." Keith gasped. We walked inside and admired it in awe. Romelle saw us as we walked in, "Didn't think you would come."

"You own a mansion." Keith said in reply. She snorted, "Yeah, where did you think I got this jewelry from? Robbing a bank." Keith did the kinda shrug then his eyes lit up. "You have an arcade?!"

She nodded. "Yerp. Outside there is a hot-tube and a pool. And food and drinks." Keith looked unimpressed. I nodded to go outside. "Show off." Keith flipped her off then followed me outside. "She does have a hot-tub." Keith said. Keith looked around, "Okay, she has a hot-tub, an outdoor T.V., excrete. Anything you want to do first Lan- Oh hey Pidge."

"Hello, Keith and Lance." Pidge said, "What ya doing?" Keith looked at me. I shrugged, "Not much I guess. I really don't know why I tagged along." I elbowed Keith (One reason he was trying to touch my hair). Keith elbowed me back. We got into a small elbowing fight but didn't look at each other. "Okay I'm going to the pool. See ya'll."

"Why'd you elbow me?" Keith said. "You were trying to touch my hair." I replied.

"So?"

"I don't like that." He pouted. His eyes light up again then pointed to the food table, "Funnel Cake." He ran over and took one (there where multiple) for us to share. "Thanks." I said, "Wanna go in the pool?" He shrugged. "I'm not getting my hair wet, or my legs, or my arms, or half of my torso at-least the part that's showing. I just don't want to get wet." He said brushing the powder sugar off his lap.

"I'll be back." He said. Pidge and Hunk walked over to me. "Do you know what's up with Keith?" Hunk asked. "Yeah," Pidge said in agreement, "He's been leaving in class for no reason." Pidge said. "We ask what's wrong, but he comes up with some stupid excuse," Hunk continued.

"Like 'I left something outside' what? What could you leave?"

"Or 'I needed to get a band aid' why?"
