my parents yelled at me today.
i think it's because i came out as gay.

they aren't happy.
maybe i shouldn't have
come out.
they told me that i'm not gay,
it's just a phase.
a phase that has lasted at least four years then?
also,
there's a boy in my english class.
he sits behind me.
i can sense his eyes on me.
we made eye contact today.
it gave me butterflies.
i hope he's gay.
because i already feel as though we were meant for each other.
i have never been in love.
until him.
and i know it must be him.
