Eyeless jack x reader (broken)

Why? Ch.3

Jack's POV
          I walked down the endless halls until I reached Slender's office. I knocked and waited for a minute. As I was about to knock again I heard a "come in" from inside. I opened the creaky door slowly and gently closed it behind me.
  "Why is she here?" I asked in a calm voice trying not to let my anger show through.
Slender didn't answer for a while and I could feel my claws threatening to dig into the palms of my hands. Slender must have sensed this as he stood up from his chair. His height towered over me and I held my stance trying to not let any fear show through. He seemed angry at me for asking such a question and the old static noises he gave off grew louder before finally quieting down again.
  "Child if you must know, then I shall tell her too." I followed him out of his office and down to the old room. Slender opened the door and I heard a scream. "Silence her!" I was given the angered command and I quickly grabbed her, covering her mouth. I ran my hand as gently as possibly across her right arm trying to soothe her.

Your POV
             The unnamed creature from the day before tackled me and put his smooth grey hand over my mouth. His sharp claws threatened to dig into my neck. I stopped screaming abruptly and noticed he was rubbing my arm. It wasn't very soothing to have a monster try and comfort you, but maybe it meant he cared about me. I thought about it and let it soothe my heart rate , before long my attention was drawn back to the tall creature in front of me. My heart rate quickened once again and the grey creature held me close to his side trying to calm me down.

Jack's POV
Rubbing her arm was soothing her. I knew she was scared and I didn't blame her, she was being held hostage by a house of monsters. I knew I needed to keep her calm so Slender would not punish me from failing to do so. I started thinking of the night before. She hadn't let me touch her then but my touch was soothing her now. I was a little flustered by it before I realized that Slender compared to me must scare her so much more that even my touch could calm her. I wasn't special to the situation.
         Slender finally began speaking once she was calm again.
     "Child we brought you here because you must be kept alive, and the only way of doing so was getting you away from your brother."
        She finally got the courage to speak after a few deep breathes "M-my brother , why him? And why am I so I important to be kept alive.
            "Zalgo wants you child. If he gets you or you die , you are a soul for him to use against us. And with another soul for him it will make the battle we are already failing even harder for us." Slender explained. I guess that made sense but I wasn't sure if he was telling the whole truth. I mean yes she could be used against us but she would still only contain the strength of a human, there had to be another reason.
Slender left the room and I followed him out. Before he could walk away I called to him. "Wait!". Slender turned around with what would have been an angry face if he had one.
   He sighed looking me into my empty eye sockets and bent down to my level. "Jack," I held back a gasp from being called my actual name , "she's truly here for you."
"For me? Why I don't need her?" I complained.
"Without her you'll become unstable and too dangerous to be kept here. You'll understand shortly. Now if I were you I'd go introduce yourself."
     I didn't like that Slender though I needed some human to keep me in check. Humans are disgusting filthy creatures only good for food , I didn't need a human. I walked back to her room and without knocking I opened to door. I walked over to her bed and held out my hand "I'm Jack." I managed to sputter out to her.
Her eyes became wide and questioning. Perhaps she was wondering why I had such a human name.
She wheezed a little before opening her mouth. "I'm y/n." She forced to words out shaking. She took my hand in hers and she stared for a moment. My cheeks came hot as I realized she was staring at my abnormalities.
I winced and took my hand back and she looked at me frightened for a second.
As I was about to leave I heard her whisper "Jack. I'm scared"
