Ummmmmmmm hi
Uh yes it's me Star here
And I'm going to say here and now that I've come very close to taking the Daybreak series off of my account
"But Starrrrr! It's your most popular series! Why would you do that?"
Because it's not the one I'm most proud of
Let's put it this way: my writing was choppy, I accidentally did my old "oh shoot I need a filler let's toss the most random thing in here" thing, and there were wayyyyyy too many chapters for that kind of book (specifically Covenant, cough cough), and I definitely could have phrased things better
"Then what are you proud of?"
I hope I've voiced this already, but I'm saying it again because no one seems to be paying attention
I'm SUPER proud of Heal My Scars (which has now become a confirmed tetralogy after discussing with my editor)
Why?
-I have an editor (she's a super good writer and my love interest ;p)
-I have the books planned out in an actual intro-rising action-climax-falling action-resolution format (I highly recommend storyplanner.com it is super helpful for story planning)
-The books are my favorite genre: Dystopia
-My motivation actually has not really been coming and going, it's been pretty steady
-There is SO MUCH action and SO MANY plot twists to come
-The characters are AWESOME, just you wait for all the new ones
So uh yeah
I've been kind of hoping you guys would share in that pride with me, or, you know, at least check the books out
I promise you guys there's quite a bit of precious Lapidot and a lot of fluffffffff
