History repeats itself,
But not how you think.
Because maybe
It's not the same entity that gets hurt,
And it's not the same entity hurting more people,
Nor is it the same person hurting more people.
Maybe the same person got hurt.
Again.
And maybe that's what repeats in history.
When a single victim
Gets hurt more and more,
By the same thing,
In different forms.
So you tell me: does history repeat for the victim, or for the perpetrator?
