There was a terrific crashing sound as your boyfriend made an attempt to strike the demon with the bat. But Anti was nothing like you; he wasn't frozen in place from fear. He deftly avoided the blow, glitching as he did so. You were fairly certain that he would have avoided anything, if he could glitch at will like that.
Your boyfriend... was he really a demon? Not just that, but one that Anti actually recognized? Why else would he have screamed at you?
Why... why is he here, then?
You had no time to think, for Anti glitched his way around him, trying to get to you. He grabbed your arms in a vicious hold, which you ignored despite wincing. "HoLD sTilL," he muttered. Soon enough the black smoke enveloped the two of you, and you squeezed your eyes shut, terrified of whatever was coming next.
Your boyfriend, whatever he truly was, wasn't having any of it. With an outcry you had never heard before he charged, bat over his head and aiming directly for you. You shrieked and ducked, but felt nothing other than Anti's hands on you.
The demon held onto you tightly for only a little while longer before letting go. "Open your eyes," he demanded softly.
You did as he commanded, and immediately wished you hadn't.

Wind blew from seemingly every direction at once across the barren wasteland. It made you think of deserts, though where sand should have been there was instead dry stone and dirt, cracking apart in deep rivets. "Wh-where...?"
Anti had taken a few steps away from you, running his hands through his hair. Whipping around at your words, his hands made a beeline for your throat instead, but he dropped them at the last second. "I sHouLD KILL YOU fOr ThaT!!" he exclaimed, his voice fading into the distance.
You brushed your hair from your eyes, despite the wind blowing it every which way. "I.... A-Anti--"
"NO. I don't wanna hear a word out of you right now." The demon crouched down into a sitting position, his face in his hands. He remained that way for some time, so long so that you sat down on the ground as well. Eventually he looked back up and directly at you, his black eyes boring into your soul. "Why? Why didn't you fucking tell me you were dating a demon?"
"I didn't know! How was I supposed to know?!" you cried out.
"And not just any demon, ohh, no! You have to be dating HIM." Growling, the demon stood back up and pulled you to your feet. He grasped your shoulders tightly. "Do you have AnY iDEa what he'll do to us?!" How badly Anti wanted to hit you! But he refrained, knowing you must have gone through more than your fair share of Hell with him.
But why? He had just rescued you from your boyfriend, and the one demon he would have preferred never to go against. That action in and of itself probably infuriated your boyfriend...
But he had rescued you. Him, a demon, rescuing a human! Anti wanted to puke, but the feeling passed quickly. He stood back up, grabbing your arm again and pulling you along with him as he walked. "Where are we--" you began again, but stopped once you saw the look in his eyes.
You knew damned good and well where you were. Hell. Anti had taken you into Hell itself.

You walked for a good hour, your feet aching already, before you gently tugged at his sleeve. "W-wait, please," you begged.
"No. We're almost there," Anti muttered.
Almost where? There was absolutely nothing to be seen in every direction you looked. But in the distance, very faintly, you could make out what looked to be the ruins of some building. "Is that... where we're headed...?"
The demon nodded, not speaking any further until the two of you had reached the ruins. It turned out to be an old log cabin, something that was once probably very cozy and pleasant. Now it was nothing but crumbling stone and burned logs. Anti shoved you towards the door, somehow still standing in it's frame despite having nearly no walls left. "Go," he demanded, forcing you inside.
Swallowing hard, you peered around at the insides of the ruins; most of the furniture still remained, at least, as well as a fireplace. But they were coated in ash.
At a loss for words, you gingerly sat down on the armrest of the nearby sofa, certain that it would crumble beneath your weight. When it didn't, you relaxed a little easier. "Why are we here?"
"Because your little boytoy will come looking for us," Anti replied bitterly. He peered around at the cabin with a sigh, his voice growing softer. "He won't look for us here. Not tonight, anyway. He'll need to find a way back first."
Your hands began to shake, realizing that you were at last on the run from your abusive boyfriend. And if he caught you...
"Stop crying," the green-haired demon spat out, approaching you. "We don't have that kind of time. Now get some rest, there's a lot of walking to do."
But the tears wouldn't stop, and you buried your face into your hands. There was no way to describe the awful, terrifying feelings you had deep down inside of you.
Damn it. Anti frowned, watching you cry for a long time. He sighed heavily, realizing that you were still just as innocent as ever. And here he had dragged you into Hell, alive. Not to mention the thought of having dated a demon for who knew how long.
Despite his annoyance at you the demon pulled you up and off of the sofa, gently guiding you into what you could only assume had been a bedroom at one point. The bed was the only thing remaining. Setting you down onto it he watched you trying to get your tears under control, still frowning. "Better?"
You could only shake your head. You were more terrified now than ever. "I didn't kn-know..." you murmured, "I had no idea..."
"I'm not surprised. He's clever and meticulous." Crossing his arms, Anti watched you at last begin to settle down. "Now go to sleep."
"I... I'm guessing that Mark isn't his real name," you murmured before the demon could leave you alone.
Anti shook his head. "No. His name is Dark, and he's the most dangerous demon here."
