Anti sighed and ran a hand through his hair, eyeing you with a face you couldn't decipher. His mouth pressed thin with whatever was going through his mind. You didn't dare ask. Instead, you questioned, "How do we get off of these rocks?"

Thankful for the distraction, the demon looked around. Nothing could be seen for miles except for the Sea, and for once he was glad for it. Dark would simply assume that you would drown, and that Anti had fallen in after you like a fool. "I've got to teleport you out," he explained quietly, "and then..."

He trailed off, not finishing his sentence. This made you only worry all the more. "Anti, what are you planning?"

"It doesn't matter. What matters is that you get home." After a few minutes had passed, the green-haired demon looked back towards you. "The Sea is the only way to kill a demon, so you see why I was so fucking adamant on getting up here."

Something felt strange, and you couldn't place just what. It made you uneasy- or perhaps it was just the pregnancy. You didn't like it either way, no matter what the feeling was.

Anti must have sensed your concern but choosing to ignore it, stood back up. "Let's get the fuck off of these rocks," he muttered, scooping you back up. Your fingers linked together behind his neck, and for once you felt as though you were in good hands. No, you knew you were. Smoke surrounded you as it always did for the past few weeks- had it really been so long already? No wonder you were pregnant...

Wait... whose baby is it?

The smoke dissipated, and the demon that bore you gave you a look. He obviously did not consider the idea, either, for his black eyes were wide.

Fuck!!!

Wait... this might work...

Dark had not seen Anti falling with you, and truth be told, the green-haired demon was almost certain that he would not have much cared. Dark had never been into the Sea, and therefore did not know about the rocks that had saved Anti's life twice, as well as your own.

And that was what he was counting on. But the demon had a few things to deal with before he could make his attempt.

Teleporting you up and back on top of the cliffs, you were settled back down onto the ground, where Anti knelt in front of you. He had a plan, one that he knew you would not like. Not anymore. "He'll know you're back soon, so keep quiet until then. Don't draw any attention until I say so."

Your heart began to sink again. "What are you planning?"

"It doesn't matter."

"Of course it matters!! Anti, what the hell--"

He kissed you once more, if only to shut you up. Though he hardly admitted to himself how he truthfully enjoyed doing it. Just once, he allowed himself to enjoy it; the taste of the kiss, how soft your lips were on his. It was a feeling he could have gotten used to, had it not been for his plan.

He knew Dark, perhaps a bit too well. He knew how a demon like him thought and acted, and Anti hoped he knew enough to pull it off.

Breaking the kiss, you were startled to find the demon crying again. But for what now? "Why...?" was all you managed, a lump forming in your throat.

"Don't. Don't fucking say a word. I can't deal with it right now." He hastily wiped his eyes with the back of his hand, and only made you feel all the worse. Whatever his plan was, it couldn't have been good. "Just... you... you... changed shit for me. And I don't understand why, demons aren't supposed to feel anything. Don't ask me why I'm feeling shit now." He swallowed hard, visibly so. "I... love you. You believe me, right?" You nodded, and he stole another kiss, perhaps this one for good luck. But he didn't want to break it, and stayed perhaps a bit too long. For once, he didn't care.
