a void of nothing,
a dark state of mind,
an empty feeling inside,
your numb, almost as if you died,
and no one knows,
it seems to stay and never goes,
you had someone,
but they left you broken hearted,
they left before you could even get started,
you got no one to hold,
your all alone,
no one sends emails,
or picks up the phone,
you tried having a pet,
but it wasn't the same,
its so twisted,
its insane,
its a nagging hole in your heart,
you feel like your being torn apart,
though you have family,
theres somethings they cannot give,
you wish that things wouldnt have gone the way they did,
however in life thats the way some things go,
you just want someone to shine a light,
to make you smile,
take away your plight,
To hold you close through the night,
to help you when you experience a fright,
though this is depressing,
you know its true,
once upon a time,
this happened to you.
