Take a deep breath.
In your nose.
Out your mouth.
Push the bad thoughts out with it.
Remember you are only human.
All humans have bad days,
Even those that seem like they don't.
No one is perfect.
Not your role model.
Or your hero.
Or your crush.
Or you.
Just remember that one day all those troubles will be worth it.
When you can squeeze your girl, or your guy, or your special someone and think about all the happy times you've had together and how much they make you smile.
