Rainbow dash's eyes opened hearing a loud beep from the machine that stood next to her.
She was met by innocent teal eyes looking back at her "dashie!" She cried hugging rainbow dash like it was the end of the world.
"S-shy...?" Rainbow managed to say before the other girls ran in crying happily knowing rainbow dash woke up.
"You were gone..." Rainbow dash said looking at fluttershy as hot burning tears streamed down her cheeks.
"Rainbow you've been in a coma for the last three months... You might have thought Fluttershy was dead because she tried to kill herself after you got into that wreck three months ago... You were stuck in a never ending nightmare.... " Twilight said looking at the shocked rainbow haired girl.
"So following my nightmare made me wake up...?" Rainbow asked twilight who shook her head in response "no rainbow, Fluttershy lead you out, you followed her voice, she's been here everyday for the last three months waiting for you to wake up... "
Rainbow dash smiled weakly before chuckling "Fluttershy does have the voice of an angel" she replied grinning like an idiot from ear to ear.
Fluttershy blushed squeaking shyly in response making twilight laugh quietly.
"The doctor says you're strong enough to go home today, you proved to be the best of the best rainbow" twilight joked wiggling her eye brows.
(Twi I know you're reading this laughing, tis you XD)
Rainbow lifted herself up "you aren't too bad yourself egg head" she replies laughing.
~3 weeks later~
Rainbow recovered and went back to doing what she did best. She spent most of her time with her girlfriend.
She spent everyday with Fluttershy which lead to them buying a house together.
Years went by and they started a family together living a happy ending.
Life isn't always a fairy tale, and you can't always have your way, you only have one life, make it go out with a bang spending time with those you care about.

Also my friend guess the ending and she was almost right but missed a key detail.
She did a good job considering the fact that I always pull a plot rwist on her XD I'm known for those.
