Sooo...today was different. I opened this textbook I just bought for a summer class - in class - and a note fell out. It was weird considering I had opened it only seconds before the note fell.
Obviously it was when I got up to throw away the book's plastic casing that someone slipped the note in there. But, I want to believe it was fate that I received this book specifically.
To the most intriguing girl in all the land,
Though I haven't known you long, I have this feeling that we are meant to be together. You may not know me now, but by the time graduation rolls around, you and I will be more than acquaintances.
I'm available whenever you need me m'lady. For I have only met a few in this new place, and you, are the only one to catch my eye.
If you please, I will retire to my blue convertible carriage parked behind the 920 building, and will remain there until 2 p.m. before continuing on my next quest.
My quest should end around 3:35 p.m. to which I will travel home with my stead Rufus for the night.
~Your knight in shining armor
I know who wrote the letter, it was Ethan. We've been talking for about a week now. Every day we have either gone to the library and "studied" or out on what I assume are dates.
It's just all so new to me, so I am constantly consulting Jackson on tips for things to say, and how to act. I don't think I have texted a person so much in my life, let alone been given this much advice. Usually I'm the one giving advice - especially about things I have no idea about...but that's beside the point.
My favorite thing about today was that Ethan called me a princess after I confronted him about the note. He does this cute little roleplay where he is a knight and I am the princess he must protect.
I just...hope this doesn't end badly for me.
