I thought that I'd been hurt before

"Oh Nahla what am I gonna do now,Najib is so angry" Feenah repeated again and again
scared
Nahla went to shower came out and dress up and still met feenah going back and  forth

"Let's go" Nahla said

"To where" feenah asked not interested

"Let's just go out and have fun today" Nahla said planing on staying out for the rest of the day and missing the dinner

"How do you expect me to have fun knowing Najib is angry with me " Feenah asked

"Like this" Nahla said grabbing her and pulling her out of the house and into the car and they drove out

Nahla made them go to different places she went to the park and went on rides like a little girl ,she went to the mall and to the arcades trying to wile away time but every time she checked the time it was not enough for her to miss the dinner .Feenah only watched her,thinking of how to make Najib happy

7:30 pm

"Nahla where are you,Affan is here already" Najib blustered clearly annoyed
"Am sorry Najib we went out don't worry I will be there soon" Nahla said and hung up

Probably in neveruary;she thought

She definitely wasn't going back to that house knowing that Affan was there

"Nahla let's just go back to your place" Feenah said tired

"No, we aren't going back to my house until that dinner is over" Nahla snapped

"Why don't you want to go back,knowing he is Najibs friend just know that he will always be there" Feenah pointed out

Nahla glared at her knowing that she was right
"You can as well just let us go and you will face it,what is the worst that can happen" Feenah continued but Nahla didn't want to face it

"Feenah let just go get some ice cream and go to your place for dinner like we planned" Nahla growled

"Whatever since you don't take what I say seriously" Feenah spat but Nahla just ignored her and drove them to get ice cream .

They gave there order and went to take a sit. In a short while their ice creams were ready and they began to dig in. Nahla closed her  eyes enjoying it,she loved ice cream so much

"I am so gonna have an ice cream shop in my house" she dreamed while Feenah was looking else where

"Feenah" Nahla called

"What" she answered still staring at something from across Nahlas shoulder

"What are you looking at" Nahla asked

"I don't know that guy looks  so familiar" she said standing up to see clearly

"Ohh councillor" she spat with a wide smile and the guy turned

"What!?" Nahla said turning around

It was Farhan,Feenah still doesn't know Farhan is her brother Nahla only told her that he is her councillor and they met a couple of times
But now he is here and she promise Najib that she won't speak to him ,she hasn't call him for a very long time and he has been worried thinking he did something wrong he left her voice notes and text  messages which she reads but doesn't replayed

"Councillor,how have you been" Feenah said when he approached
"Fine" he answered feenah but looking at Nahla
"Nahla,please let's talk" he said worried but she didn't even glance at him
