It is with great pleasure to welcome all of those who are returning and those joining us at Waverly Prep for the upcoming school year.
Following the heartbreaking and unfortunate event of the previous school year regarding the late Miss Lillian Decker, we have placed a memorial magnolia tree and plaque in the middle of the courtyard in remembrance for students and teachers alike to pay their respects.
We have also adjusted the student schedule* and increased the number of on-campus counselors.
As for the new school year, we are welcoming a new faculty member, Waverly Alumni Mister Miles Ziegler. Mister Ziegler will be taking over Missus Alena Halter's World Literature class.
Finally, there is a letter being sent out from the Archdiocese of Seattle** regarding the further concerns about last year's unfortunate happening. If there are any comments or concerns, please feel free to contact me by email or call the front office.
