Sylvia Copper was always a calm and obedient child.
So when the destined divination came on her fifteenth birthday, she certainly wasn't nervous.
She had practically waited her entire life for this.
Afterall, her divination was highly awaited by many people.
The expectations began about two years ago when the crown prince had an unexpected divination; he would become the strongest and most powerful king if he were to be engaged to a girl with black hair and black eyes.
Due to that fateful divination, Sylvia had become the focus of nearly everyone in the kingdom.
It was understandable, as she was currently the only one in the entire kingdom with black hair and black eyes.
So she was promptly engaged to the crown prince.
But did anyone ever ask her opinion?
The answer was no.
So after waiting two long years for her fifteenth birthday to arrive, and spending five hours in a carriage, Sylvia had arrived at the capital where every child at the age of fifteen had their futures divined.
Sylvia stepped out of the carriage with a yawn, her gluteus maximus had become numb hours ago and she had to fight the urge to massage it.
It didn't help that the sun was irritatingly shining in her eyes. She raised her glove covered hand to shield her eyes.
She almost raised a middle finger to the sky in rebellion.
Not like anyone from this place knew what a middle finger meant anyway.
Sylvia's personal maid, Katelyn, quivered as she bowed respectfully to Sylvia, "Miss Sylvia , I think it'd be wise to not yawn in the presence of the high mages."
"Are you saying that I'm not wise?" Sylvia tested the little maid.
"Of course not, I wouldn't dare!" Katelyn bowed even lower.
'People from this world need to grow a backbone.' Sylvia sighed as she lightly shook her head.
She clicked her tongue while looking at her very uncomfortable new shoes, 'I'm definitely gonna get blisters later.'
As she walked toward the entrance of the church with her already aching heels, she couldn't help but reminisce about her past life.
She remembered sitting down in front of her computer, holding a brand new copy of the newest otome game, Oracle.
It had boasted high quality ikemens, with cutscenes so lifelike that you were practically there!
It also had top quality voice actors, so smooth and velvety it could make you melt!
The reviews were all five stars, and hard core fans had already completed all the routes in a day, even asking for a sequel already.
So how did Sylvia play into all of this?
Well it was simple, she was one of the main artists for the game.
She had spent countless hours on these characters, pouring her blood, sweat, and tears into creating them.
She even viewed them as her little babies, despite them being technically the same age as her.
However, because there were so many events and celebrations surrounding the release of the game, she didn't even have a chance to actually play the game!
But now that she had the chance, she wasn't going to waste it!
She popped the CD into her computer and waited for it to download and install, luckily it only took 30 minutes.
