I woke feeling drained from life. I couldn't understand how this man could possibly cheat on me , I've been nothing but good to him
I got out of bed and did my routine, after that i put on a gray bodycon sundress and my Michael kors flip flops, i threw my hair into a messy bun and grabbed my shades
While i was walking down the stairs i grabbed my purse and stopped to grab a orange
"Kennadi lemme talk to you real quick"
"What?"
"I really want to apologize so let me take you out tonight"
"I'll see but I'm not in the mood rn I'll be back soon"
"Where you going?"
"Out tf"
When i arrived at the mall, i went into the spa place and got a facial because i didn't want any added stress to mess with my pregnancy . I just sat back and relaxed after that i went to my therapist
Few minutes later
"Hey Dr. Rhodes"
"Hello Kennadi how are you ?"
"I'm good , just a lot right now"
"Speak On it"
"Ok so after my maternity shoot i basically got kidnapped, and the person who kidnapped me was who my boyfriend cheated on me with. Mind you this was my first time hearing about me getting cheating on even though i had a clue. I just don't want this added stress to interfere with my pregnancy . Should i leave him or like what cause st this point i don't know what to do cause I'm dependent on him"
"Well Keni, i would say leave him to clear your head but y'all have a baby coming soon and as a father he needs to be there for the child . Whenever you feel like you need to get a way you can come with me cause i know you don't have any family down here, speaking of your baby , how's babygirl?"
"She's fine , my main motivation right now , just waiting for her arrival."
"That's great let me know when the baby shower is "
"Will do Trevante, see ya"
30 minutes later
I walk in the door of the apartment and smell dinner being cooked so i put my bags down and lock the door.
"Baby I'm so glad you're back"he said kissing my cheek
"Yeah , what you cooking?"
"Porkchop, collard greens , and rice"
"You, made collards?"
"Well you know my momma made the collards but that's beside the point come sit down"
"That's what i thought" i said chuckling
We sat at the table and he fixed my plate and placed it in front of me
"Looks good.....tastes good too" i said putting a spoonful in my mouth
""Thanks babygirl" he said laughing
"I need to pay Momma Wright a visit soon , I'll probably go tomorrow"
"That'll be nice but i want to talk to you about the situation"
"I'm listening"
"Well i shouldn't of had cheated and i promise to never do it again . I was just trampled with work and then on top of that you were getting on me when i came home, it was just too much , i shouldn't have done it"
"That's not an excuse, i forgive you but i swear on everything this will be my last time" i said looking at him in his eyes
"I understand baby, you won't have to ever worry about it"
"Aight , cool but you better get to working on them dishes cause me and babygirl tired" i said walking up the stairs
"You better be glad i care about my princess"
"Yeah Ight , you ain't getting none of this if you don't hurry up" i said while twerking a little
"Shidddd I'm almost done" he said smirking
