Kennadi Jade Flowers was your average college student , just trying to make it through classes and such , but she feels this need for something or someone particular in her life .
Today was finally the day of the baby shower , and I was so nervous. My parents got in from Virginia last night and we had dinner with them yesterday along with Chris's parents. Ofc they chatted the whole time because they haven't seen each other in a while. It brings me hope and prosperity for today cause I was in a loved environment .
"good morning Nadi, ya mom made you breakfast"Chris said while brushing his teeth
"aww good morning"I said while getting up to get ready
I first brush my teeth then got in the shower . I used my warm vanilla scent because I adore the smell , its subtle but also nice. I got out dried off and moisturized my body making sure to put shea butter mixed with cocoa butter all around my stomach. I also sprayed rosewater on my face . After that I put on some gray biker shorts and Boyz n the Hood graphic tee. It was just something simple to put on before the baby shower. I walked down the stairs to see my mom at the stove.
"goof morning mommy "
"good morning sweetie, how did you sleep?"
" I slept fine but you know it's never the same as it used to be"
"don't I know lol, you used to do flips and cartwheels overtime I went to sleep"
"well I apologize cause babygirl, this ain't it"I said in my b.simone voice
I sat down and ate then I went to the living room and watched a movie with my boo.
"come over here and lay next to me"
I walked over the catch laid down , and out my head on his shoulder
"im forever grateful that you are carrying my child babygirl...."
Chris POV
This girl done fell asleep that fast lol
"ma Tonya?"
"Yes Christian?"
"can you keep her occupied if she wakes up, I'm going to get "last minute things for the baby shower"?"
"oh yes I can"she said with a huge grin"
I plan on proposing to Kennadi tonight the shower, The planner and everyone already knows.
I drove to one of the best jewelers in Atlanta.
"wassup Luke"
"aye wassup my guy" he said while dapping me up" what you came in here for today, another watch?"
"nahh I actually came to get an engagement ring for my girl"I said smiling of though of her being my wife.
"that's great man let me show you to the ring section"
"how much is that one right there?"

30 minutes later I finally arrived home, I walked up the stairs and seen her getting ready

"hey. babe" I said while putting on my lashes
"wassup, I brought you your shoes"he said while he pecked my neck
"thank you, I already ironed your clothes and put them on the bed"
"thanks"
while he washed up and got dressed I decided on grabbing me a snack cause I am HUNGRY
"babe you ready?"
"yes ofc"
to match our attire we took the white Mercedes e-class with the red interior to the shower.... what can I say ... we are styling and profiling
