Bella's POV

There he was. In his black leather jacket, black battered jeans, black combat boots, feather choker necklace, black scarf, bowler hat and his dagger in his left combat boot.

Robin's POV

I turned to see Bella standing at the top of the stone stairs by the exit of the secret door. She looked beautiful. She had a lilac coloured dress that was short at the front and longer at the back, it was simple but sweet. We stared into each others eyes for what seemed like forever. Then I broke the silence.

"Hey, Princess" I said with a smuggish look on my face.

"Don't call me that..." Bella replied

"Sorry, Princess" I said smiling as Bella pouted

We sat down for a couple of hours and talked about everything including saving Moonacre, our family situations and learnt a lot about each other.

"It's getting dark" Bella stated

"Do you want to go home?" I questioned

"Definitely not!"

Bella's POV

I wasn't ready to go home quite yet and Robin understood that, he wasn't ready either. We walked back out through the passage and back into the forest. We walked for about twenty minutes then came to a clearing, Robin took my hands in his

"Bella, I-" he was interrupted

"Sup dude!" I heard from above, Robin kept my hand in his and swung me behind him as if to protect me.

"Chill it's only us" another said as they all jumped down. It was Robin's Gang...again.

"So what are you two up to then aye?" Jc questioned

"Why do you need to know?" Robin replied

"Calm down Mr. Protective!" I heard Jasper say

"Robin it's okay, they won't hurt me" I stated in a quiet whisper

"You love-birds still coming tonight, 8pm sharp" Jason said mocking me, we all laughed except for Robin.

"Robin? are you there?" I questioned

"Yeah, sorry Princess" he said with a cheeky grin on his face. I flipped him over my shoulder and his back hit the hard dirty ground.

"I said don't call me that, Bird Boy!" I protested. Robin pulled me down so I was on top of him.

"Then don't call me Bird Boy" he mocked whilst laughing

"Riiight, so we will just leave you guys to it" Jason said

"Remember 8pm you guys, don't be late!" Ricky announced

"Bye" I said cheerfully

Robin's POV

Now was my chance, I had to tell her. The boys had gone and we were in a beautiful clearing.

"It's only forty five minutes till eight, we better start heading our separate ways" Bella stated getting up. I got up to. Now, I had to do it now!

"Bella, wait!" I whispered

"What is it?" she questioned

"Bella, from the day I met you I have had a big thing for you and have fallen so hard for you, I worried that you didn't feel the same way so I didn't say anything but, I need you to know how I feel! With saving Moonacre and the rest of it, there was just never the right time until now"

"Robin I-" I cut her off. Our lips met and sparks flew everywhere like on the fourth of July.

"I love you Bella Merryweather" I exclaimed

"I love you too, Robin" She said

"Well, that's a relief" I sighed finally letting out my held breath

"As I said we better head our separate ways and I shall see you at the old Oak Tree at 8pm" she said with energy and excitement.

"See you then, Princess" I winked

"Bye, Bird Boy" she said with a cute smirk.

After our goodbyes Bella whistled the signal for Starlight to come. Seconds after Starlight gleamed out through the dark woods between two trees. I helped Bella on as she was wearing a dress and she set off home. Once she disappeared into the darkness I headed back myself. I decided that I would get some food and clean up then head off for the old Oak Tree.

Bella's POV

As I reached the edge of the woods I could see Moonacre, it was beautiful in the early moonlight. Starlight and I jumped the white fence that enclosed her field, I dismounted and thanked her. I ran into the house and into the dining room where I saw my Uncle and Loveday seated eating.

"Hello" I said to both

"Good Evening" they both said

"Where have you been, my dear?" my Uncle questioned

"Just in the woods with Robin" I stated "We are going hunting and things with the rest of the Gang tonight, providing I'm allowed to go?" I asked

"Of course!" they both said.

"If, I don't come home till morning don't worry as we might spend the night in the woods or at the DeNoir castle" I informed

"Thank you for telling us, my Dear" Uncle spoke

I ran upstairs and pulled off my dress. I went into the bathroom in my underwear and washed the dirt off of my body and brushed the leaves out of my hair. I went to my wardrobe and picked out my black jeans, red tank top, one black and one red sock (from the under draw), my black combat boots and grabbed my leather jacket off of my chair. 'Something's missing...' I thought to myself.

"Hmmm" I said to myself "Ahh!" I realised. My black bandanna and the red scarf that Robin had given to me (both objects) I then put my hair up into a curly ponytail leaving some hair out to frame my face. I put on my bandanna over my nose as Robin does and wrapped the scarf around my neck. To finish off I put my leather buckled accessories all up my arms and my bracelets on. I packed a few supplies onto myself. I had my first dagger in my left boot (general purpose), my second in the case on the side of my jeans (for skinning and gutting) and my third in the side of my quiver as a back up, I then got my quiver and put it onto my back, then my bow over the top. Personally I think I have a great shot and I had made it my speciality. Before I left I put on my black fingerless leather gloves and made my way downstairs. I grabbed some food and water and put them on the attachment of my quiver. I said my goodbyes and left. From here I commenced my journey to the old Oak Tree.
