jungkook and taehyung had never let go of each others hands as taehyung guided them to a subway station, sprinting like the train was driving away at that moment. taehyung moved at an extreme pace, even though he had no idea what the train's leaving time was.

,,this way!" taehyung directed as they zipped to the right and hopped onto the train, attempting to casually walking in like everyone else. they failed miserably though as they huffed, looking a different type of exhausted than the sea of people.

jungkook was even surprised he managed to keep his coffee with him the whole run to the old station. with all the running around and terrible dodging of people, he should've dropped everything. but it was just fate or maybe even good luck that he still had it.

jungkook looked up now, still behind tae as they stood in an empty spot, and searched for the location the train was headed to but since they didn't pay of course they didn't know where they were headed, well at least jungkook didn't know. ,,hyung?" the younger whispered, though taehyung was too caught up in his thoughts. ,,tae?" still no response. ,,tae tae?" the golden boy was getting impatient ,,taehyung-"

jungkook went to step in front of taehyung when he realized tae had a map and was focusing on a certain location, till he looked up with arched eyebrows, beneath his bangs. ,,sorry.. did you say something?" he looked at jungkook now, giving him his full attention.

,,where are we going?" the younger finally asked, making tae's eyebrows relax. ,,where is this train headed to?" the boy continued with a curious expression; his doe eyes wide and sparkly.

,,i don't know... i mean, i don't know yet." taehyung replied as his face stayed neutral.

,,what? what do you mean you "don't know yet"?" jungkook furrowed his eyebrows as he kept his voice low, though tae only smiled now and chuckled. ,,i don't know yet- exploring the world without a plan is better than caging ourselves to one location." taehyung always said the simplest things but somehow his words always meant the world to jungkook.

,,alright then," jungkook's confused demeanor faded like the subway station as the train began to move forward now, easily tilting the passengers a bit. ,,let's sit then, since we don't know how long we'll be on." jungkook smiled as he walked to two empty seats in the back of the train.

it took him a while to realize he was still holding onto the sunkissed boy's hand, right when tae's hand left his and he sat in the empty spot before the younger. jungkook felt his lips begin to plump into a pout as he sat beside the older though he quickly covered it with a sip of his coffee. he never even noticed how much colder his coffee was now because he was too busy pouting at the loss of warmth around his own hand.

tae looked back down at the map now, furrowing his eyebrows as he glared at the map. his focused demeanor as he studied the informative illustration was so intense that jungkook didn't even bother to talk to him.

he kicked his feet out as he swirled his cold beverage around in the cup before placing it on the floor beside him, crossing his arms as he pressed back into the chair beneath him. the train stunk of exhaust and the golden boy was unsure if it was because of the time of day, or maybe it was because everyone in the area preferred to stay home during this time of the season.

either way jungkook kept his eyes glued on the world outside the window as everything passed in seconds. every shrub, every tree, every person, building, it all faded in a blur, moving into gray slowly fading into pure black.

it seemed like the moment jungkook had closed his eyes he was just beginning to open them to the same window he had before, only with a different scenery behind it. ,,woah.."
