Chapter 37 - Genders

                                                           ~Ender's POV~

        I awoke from my slumber feeling pretty excited. Today was when I would find out the gender of my baby. I shoke Jason until he woke up as well and gave him a kiss.

"Hey baby, what's up?" He said sleepily.

"Just excited for today. It's the day we find out the gender of our little angel." I responded pointing to mybarely forming pregnant belly.

 "Oh right. Totally forgot, my mind is still set on what happened yesturday. We should get ready and while we have time, visit the others." He said and I agreed.

We got changed and ate our breakfast. Jason drove us to the hospital and we knocked on Mitch's door. Adam opened the door and let us in. Ian and Husky were nowhere to be seen, probably in Maria's room. Mitch looked so lifeless. Pale, machines hooked up to him everywhere, cuts and bruises everwhere as well. I sat down next to Ashley and wraped my arm around her shoulders. She just returned the hug and I could tell she was crying not to long ago. I heard that Ian had done this to Mitch, I'm just glad Conner isn't hear yet. Mitch and Conner have such a wonderful sibling bond. I looked at the time on my phone and saw it was almost time for my check-up. I smiled as me and Jason said we'd be back with the news. We went and checked in and I was called up almost instantly by my doctor.

"So Enderclaw, are you ready?" The doctor said and I nodded.

He started doing the tests and after maybe 1 hour, he said it was all done. I said he would be back with the results soon and I waited for him. Finally, he came back with a big smile.

"Looks like you will be having 2 surprises."

"Really, tell me please.!"

"Alright, well it turns out your havining Twins!"

"OMG, that's so amazing!" Iexclaimed.

"The second surprise is... Your have both a girl and a boy! The girl has you wolf part and the boy has your dragon part."

"OMG, thank you so much doc!" I was soooooo excited!

We scheduled the next appointment and I met Jason in the waiting room.

"Guess what Jason!"

"What?"

"We're having twins! A boy dragon hybrid and a girl wold hybrid!" I exclaimed to him.

We both hugged and he gave me a kiss.

"Congrats baby!" He congratulated. We walked back to Mitch's room and surprisingly MITCH WAS AWAKE! And everyone was here!

"Mitch! Glad to see your face again." I greeted.

"Good to see your faces again too" He said weakly.

"We got news for y'all."Jason exclaimed and everyone stared at just waiting for the news.

"We're having twins! A girl wolf hybrid and a boy dragon hybrid!" I exclaimed.

Everyone cheered and congratulated us. I had the biggest grin on my face. We all decided to party it up later once Mitch and Maria are better. I saw it was lunchtime so we all decided to go get lunch and Ashley decided to stay with Mitchell. We told Ian, Maria, and Husky the news and they congratulated us. I suddenly felt tired and worn out, probably from the tests. I leaned my head on Jason's shoulder and yawned.

"Jaaaaaasssssooooonnnn." I said just to annoy him. I also started poking him in the cheek. I giggled as he started to show his annoyance. Everyone was laughing at my performance.

"What. Endey?' He reponded annoyed.

"I'm tiiiiiirrrrreeeedddd."

"Well then I guess we'll go back home now then. See you guys later" and with that he picked me up and carried me to his car. We went home and when we arrived I went upstairs and layed down.

"Jason, will you cuddle with me pwease." I begged with my childish voice. He sighed and layed down next to me. I cuddled up, laying my head on his chest and soon drifted into a endless slumber...
