Bethany"D'accord. Toute est réservé pour la semaine prochaine. Oui monsieur, c'est exact. Salut, à toute à l'heure."
Stupid prick I thought to myself as I put my phone down onto the desk, letting go of the fake smile I was wearing and turned to my desktop computer to move the appointment to next week.
Chloe, who was one of the students I chose to hire for a couple of weeks work experience, knocked on the glass door of my office. I waved her in as I finished rescheduling the recording studio for the following week.
"Was that the band that you've been trying to get ahold of all morning?" Chloe asked, sitting down on the chair on the opposite side of my desk.
"It was their manager actually. The imbecile forgot to tell the band that he had booked our studio out for the day so the guys could record their new album," I explained rolling, my eyes, "but because I'm such a nice producer I said that it was no problem at all, that accidents happen and I can squeeze them in next week." With the comment dripping in sarcasm I turned to Chloe pulling an annoyed face.
We both laughed, and after composing ourselves, I walked her through what she was going to be helping me with during the afternoon. When she understood what we were doing, we headed down to the studios that were on the other side of the building to meet the company's newest client.
Kayde
"Boss, just got some new intel. The guy we've been looking for, we've found him."
I looked up from the files that were scattered across the table to the guy who just walked into my office. Lifting my right eyebrow, I waited for him to continue speaking.
"There's a reason he's been a ghost to us for the last couple of months. We couldn't find him because he wasn't even in the country, let alone the city."
"Don't tell me you barged in here with no other information on his whereabouts other than the fact he's not in the country." I said, crossing my arms over my chest.
"Michael Anders up and left the country when he got wind that we were looking for him. He now lives in a small country called Luxembourg which is shares its boarders with Germany, Belgium and France. He's taken up a role as manager for a popular band over there, and the band uses the the facilities to create and record their music with the best company there is in Luxembourg. It's called Nova Studios." As he looked up from the piece of paper he was carrying, I nodded my head slowing as I was thinking.
"Do you have more information about Nova Studios?"
"Yes."
"Get everyone in the main room and tell them what you've just told me so they are up to date. I'll be there in a bit." Sitting back down, I turned to my computer and looked up the country.
Looks like we are going to Luxembourg for a few days I thought to myself.
For those of you who are new, welcome :) I hope you enjoy this book, and if you do, I have others I'm working on also.
For those of you who aren't new, and have been a follower for some time and came from my book, The Alpha's street Dancer, you know I've taken a very long break, but I'm trying to get back into writing, and for me, the easiest way of doing that is writing something new. Don't worry, I'll be uploading chapters on your favourite book before the week is out.
As always, the characters and ideas in this book are fictional and my own ideas. If there are any similarities to other stories, it is purely coincidental.
I am going to be referring to real places in both Nottingham, UK, and Europe, including, but not limited to, Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.Due to some of the references to the European countries, there will be French and German included, but it'll never be a whole chapter in another language, it'll only ever be a couple of sentences.
Hope you guys enjoy my new book.
Vote, comment, message me privately on Wattpad, whatever you want to do, but I'd love to hear your feedback and thoughts about this new book.Stay awesome!
