"Who's that?" Calum asked, seeing Charlotte texting as he drove her to the waterpark.
"Oh, it's just my friend Ella," she replied.
What do you mean you're on a date? What about Calum? Ella had texted.
Charlotte was just about to reply when Calum said, "I shouldn't be doing this. It's against the rules. But I need new company. Please don't tell anyone..."
Calum made a really sad face, so Charlotte only replied Tell you later. Calum's always on my mind!
Hard luck for the lucky guy, Ella responded.
Soon they arrived at the waterpark. They got changed into swimsuits, but Calum stopped her before entering the main pool.
"You look... um... cute," Calum siad nervously.
"You look more cute!" Charlotte blushed, before getting into the pool and splashing Calum.
They had a huge splashing fight, until a security guard came over.
"I'm sorry to interrupt your fun," he said sternly, "but I must ask you to stop or leave. Other people are trying to relax."
The guard stomped off, unaware that Calum was pulling faces and making Charlotte giggle.
"Don't wanna get kicked out before we even get started," Calum whispered.
They had a great time at the waterpark, going on all of the rides. They spent so long there that it was time for the meal before they knew it. They had been on every ride more than once!
Calum took Charlotte to McDonalds. "This is romantic," she joked. But she loved it really.
They ordered food, and when Calum began eating his fries, he suddenly stopped and started laughing hysterically. Charlotte was really confused as tears ran down his face as he laughed.
"What?" Charlotte asked, slightly annoyed.
Calum pulled out the longest chip Charlotte had ever seen in her life.
"Hey, it's like the spaghetti thing they do with the kiss!" she said.
Immediately Calum calmed down and put one end of the chip in his mouth. Charlotte copied him with the other.
'This is so clichèd," Charlotte thought.
Suddenly there was no more chip. Calum had bitten it off, and was laughing again,
"Calum!" Charlotte whined, before he grabbed her and kissed her. For a long time.
