A week has passed and we are about to go to the pack'c clinic. It took as a few minutes of walking since it is quite far from the pack house.
As I opened the door I saw Ali smiling like crazy and clearly excited to go.
"Seems like someone is about to leave" She smiled at me
"I do, I do" we both chuckled
"Ai, come here. I'll tell you something" I came and sat beside her
"What is it"
"Shh keep it down okay?" I nodded "I can smell my mate" she whispered to me. I lookedd at her in shock
"Seriously?! Is he near?" She nodded
"Oh my god! im so happy for you!" I hugged her and a tear fell out of my eyes
"Thank you Ai, thank you" she kissed my forehead and I heard a growled
"Argg- Im still here you know" Ral pull me away from Ali.
"We were having a moment you know"
"You're too close" I pouted. I was about to say something back when I heard Ali giggled
"Are you excited to meet them?"
"Kinda..but Im also nervous..He might not accept me" she smiled at me hesitantly
"Its okay, Im sure the goddess will give you the best mate that you deserve!" She laughed
"I wish!"

We were out of the clinic and was about to go to the pack house when suddenly Ali groaned in pain
"Alli! What's wrong?" Ral sat her in the bench near a tree
"It hot!" I asked Ral to Carry her off.
"No! don't touch me! It hurts" I flinched but Ral doesn't seemed to care so he just carried her off and went into the bedroom she was staying at, at the clinic. She kept groaning in pain and it hurts me to see her like this..
"I'll go ask for the doctor" Ral said, I nodded but a hand grabbed me
"No,.. its okay.."
"What's okay?! You're clearly not"
"Ral go get him plz.."
"No, I told you its okay Ai.. plz?" I looked at her teary pleading eyes "Please Ai..."
"OKay..but tell me.."
"Whats wrong?"
"..."
"M-my mate arrgh.." She tried to talk while groaning in between and scratching her whole body. An idea past by me and I trembled at that thought
N-oo plea-se not Ali..She doesn't deserve this
"he's sleeping wi-th so-me-one" Tears broke out of me
"Nn-o"
"You don-t de-serv-e this. YO-u deserve bett-er!"
"I-its ok-ay Ai..Do-ont c-ry" I feel so pathetic, She's the one in pain but I can't help but feel so hurt by it. Maybe because i know I know how painful it is, especially when you're marked.
I know how kind she was. I know what she went through just to save the others..
Whoever her mate is..
