“Uhh, this is the library!” Natsu declared with his arms stretched out, presenting the direction.

“I think that’s one of the classrooms.”

“This is it!” Maybe. I don’t know. But it looks like it.

“It says bookclub room though. . .”

I really shouldn't have gone through with this plan, Natsu thought, too late to back out from his offer to help a fellow freshman out on campus. Why did he agree to tag along?

“Sorry, but it seems to me, we’ve been going around in circles.” The stranger spoke up, making Natsu even more nervous and guilty than he already was.

Maybe he should give up and tell the truth.

“S-Sorry...” Natsu ended up lowering his head, admitting defeat. “I was surprised when you came up to me, I didn't want to say no to pass up making friends.”

Instead of receiving the expected yelling and scolding for making him lose his time, the man said, “No biggie. But next time, tell a guy you wanna be friends first before hanging out.” The man gave out a chuckle, which, again, surprised Natsu.

“I must’ve taken a lot of your time.”

The man noticed how quickly his mood changed. As a way of thanking him, to lift his spirits up, he gave out his hand and introduced himself. “Gray Fullbuster. Call me Gray. We can exchange numbers, if you want.”

Natsu’s face lit up, proving Gray’s theory right. “Natsu Dragneel! Sure, type it in.”

They exchanged phones and saved in their numbers, parting ways with satisfied moods. Except, Gray was in a hurry that day and was in a foul mood when he left. Deleting his number from his contacts. “Idiot.”

Lucy and Levy couldn’t be better. They had a lot in common. And in fact, had been talking all day long, almost forgetting the fact they had another incoming roommate.

Lucy, being the observant woman she was, took mental notes on Levy’s personality. She liked books (obviously), read more than 20 in scifi, likes nonfiction the best, is a virgo and has a boyfriend named Jet who’s major is in Engineering.

“You led an exciting life, Lulu,”

Lulu and Vi, their established nicknames to each other.

“Oh, psh, it’s all because of my parents. They travel a lot because of their work.” Mr. Heartfilia works as a pilot and met Mrs. Heartfilia when she was head stewardess on his trip to France.

Vi remained stunned. “You must know a lot of culture by now. That ought to help you make impressions on first day of class.”

“It would,” Lulu agreed. “But I’m not going to.”

If her guess was correct, Vi was the critical virgo. That means having a hobby of being organized with her things, thoughts and keeping a journal, which she’ll probably be filling out any time soon tonight.

“Why?!”

“I don’t want to look like a know-it-all on the first day... that’s not going to help me with my social life.” Said Lulu while she was scrambling for a mirror inside her luggages, checking her make-up.
