He needs help...
He won't let anyone help him...why can't he just let someone help him...

My name is Eric,I'm 15 almost 16,I'm in 9th grade,I'm an only child,My mom left when I was 12 and I haven't heard from her since. The person I was talking about was my dad,all he ever does is sleep,drink and yell at me. He is the reason my mom left and ever since she did he has given me hell like he did to her. I wish I could leave because his actions are starting to escalate more and more everyday like last week he trew a beer bottle at me and he almost hit me. When I got home yesterday he slapped me which he has never laid a finger on me so now I'm scared of what will come next. He's not home tonight because its friday and on friday he goes out and I never see or hear from him until I get home from school on monday. I'm so happy to be home alone even though it feels like I'm home alone most of the time because I stay in my room.
I hear my phone go off as I got a notification. I pull it out of my pocket and open my private messages on instagram. I look who texted me and its a name iv'e never heard before (btw I stole this idea from Love Simon because I can't stop thinking about it) I open the message and read the name Fitz. "Well thats a different name" I look at the text:
Fitz: Hey Racc do you have the answers for the math from today in Mrs.Smith's?
Swag: Sorry I'm not your friend but by your profile I can tell we go to the same school
Fitz: uhhhhh...you go to Grand heights?
Swag: yea and I have that class...I could send you the answers if you need them
Fitz: oh ok thanks
Swag sent a photo
Swag: no prob
Swag: btw hi I'm swag as you can tell
Fitz: I'm Fitz ummm..............you seem cool
Swag: ...you do too?
Fitz: sorry I uh...I see you like video games. What's your favorite? mine rn is CS:GO
Swag: same
Fitz: oh cool...
Swag: I guess I'll leave you alone because this is kinda akward...
Fitz: wait I'm kinda bored and all my friends are doing other things...do you wanna play with me?
Swag: oh uh sure what's your gamer tag?
Fitz: Its Imagine Wagons. What about you?
Swag: Swagger. I sent you an invite to my discord...wait do you have discord?
Fitz: yea I do. hang on I'll join in a minute I just gotta to the bathroom
Swag: ok
This is kinda akward and weird but its not like I have anything else to do and I'm down to meet new people.

*Time skip*

I actually had fun playing with Fitz. We made stupid jokes and we learned that we liked some of the same things and we are the same age. Its funny it feels like I've known him forever but i've only really known him for like 2 hours. "You know that was fun, I hope we can play again sometime" I hear him says through the discord chat room. "Yea that was fun and you are pretty cool,would you like to play again tomorrow?" I hear him moving around then he answers. "Sure maybe around noon?" I blush lightly "yea that's fine". "Well I'm gonna go, I'm kinda tired" he says yawning "yea me too...see ya tomorrow". "See ya Swag" he said then we both left discord. I log off my computer,grab my phone and flop on my bed smiling as I text Toby. She's my bestfriend who I've known since 5th grade and he the only one who knows I'm Bisexual.
Swag: Hey you up?
Toby: yea what's up?
Swag: I made a new friend who goes to our school
Toby: what's their name?
Swag: idk his real name but his insta name is Fitz and I just played CS for 2 hours with him and he sounded kinda cute
Toby: really? that's cool. How did he act? was he funny?
Swag: He acted normal but he was the stupid joke kind of funny and his voice sounded like he had some kind of accent which made him sound even cuter

I got a text from Fitz.
Fitz: here's my number just incase, see you tomorrow :) 918-###-####
Swag: ok here's mine see ya :) 918-###-####
swag: Gn
I went back to Toby.
Swag: Well its official,I have a new friend. He just gave me his number
Toby: WHAT?
Swag: yep
Toby: this is amazing, you need to figure out who he really is
Swag: how and why?
Toby: I wanna know what he looks like so I can see how cute he really is. Just listen for his voice! you said he goes to our school
Swag: there are a ton of people in our school how am I supposed to find him?
Toby: hmmm...record his voice when you guys play again and let me hear it so I can help
Swag: that's kinda weird but ok I guess
Toby: Yes! I can't believe that you actually like someone this is exciting. I feel like a parent watching their kid take their first steps but its you taking your first GAY steps!
Swag: ok calm down mom. I'm gonna hit the hay Gn love ya
Toby: Gn love you too <3
She can be a handful but she is my best friend so I can deal with it and she has to deal with me too. She's like family to me. well this is gonna turn into hell I can just feel it.
