totally not a date

Winters POV

{Back in winters room in astera, midday}

Holy shit am I going on a date with qrow?

Ok, okay

This is happening, it'll be fine, I'm Gona be fine

Winter was in her room in astera getting ready to go on her date with qrow. What should I wear? what am I saying I have nothing to wear except my uniform. Maybe I should let my hair down? I mean qrow said he liked me when I'm demilitarised, and I have my hair up to look presentable for the military. Fuck it I'm letting it down.
Winter then procedes to untie her bun, leting her snow white hair cascade down to her shoulder blades.
She then started to brush it out to be semi straight, but some waves where still their from having it up so long.

Winter then walks over to the smithy where she was told to meet him.

Qrow was standing in the door way, he wasn't wearing his cape, and his shirt was buttoned up, he had a red tie on, how he got his hands on the fabric she had no idea. But she had to admit, he did look dapper.

Q: you look beautiful, you should have your hair down more.

Qrow brushed a section of hair behind my left ear as I blushed.

W: you don't scrub up too bad yourself qrow. So where are we going?

Qrow took my hand and lead me through the smithy, up the stairs that circle half the room, then going our a back door, flowing the path up the hill, over multiple steps, it took about a minute to reach the top. On the crest of the hill was a look out post, under the canopy of the wooden roof suspended by logs. Was a table and two chairs, qrow pulled me a few meters further on, and I saw the veiw.

It was georgous, absolutly stunning. Winter stopped to take it in, it was the most beautiful sunset ever, the vivid orange stitched the night and day together in perfect matrimony.

As I took this in qrow placed his arm over my shoulder.

W: it's beyond beautiful

Q: I know how to make it better

I turn to face qrow, so he could see the veiw over my shoulder.

Q: now it's even better. In fact.

He moved closer to me, so he would see more of me than the veiw.

Q: now it's perfect

I blushed heavily, and he moved closer to me and pecked me on the forehead.

Q: shall we sit down?

W: we shall

We both walked up to the table, qrow pulled out a chair for me, tucking me in, then taking a seat himself.

Then as time passed we just kept on talking to each other, not a care in the world except for each other, laughing and joking, teasing, flirting, storytelling and shareing embarrassing secrets.

It was the most fun I had experienced in.... Well ever. And it all happened because of this man that has recently been all I can think about.

W: I suppose we should get to bed, but this evening has been amazing. Thank you.
So do we go to mine or yours

Q: what do you mean?

W: when I said I'd help you with the nightmare and stay with you , I ment it. Now are we sleeping in my room or yours?

Q: whichever is the colder room

W: why would you want that?

Q: so I can use you for warmth

I blushed as qrow stepped up to me, then kissing me on the lips, during the kiss he scoops me up bridal style and carried me back to my room.
He placed me down on the bed, then proceeded to take his shirt tie and trousers off, he then joined me under the covers and snuggled up tight, his head close to my chest like last night, I start to stroke his head slowly and place my chin on his forehead. I could feel his hot breath on my neck, I felt a warmth I have only ever felt with him, as I hold him he whispers
Q: don't leave me
And with that we both drift of to sleep together.
