After their little provision, they spent some time talking. I on the other hand, was stuck listening, standing in heels and nauseous.
Mary saw my pale face and offered me a seat but I had to look obedient in front of guests even if they ordered me to do something I need Charles' premission. My legs started shaking slightly. Oh fuck.
"Charles!! How are you going to sit there and see that your maid needs attention?!"
"Oh I give her attention, alright." Charles and Luke started laughing. Oh fuck you Charles.
She got up.
"Honey, sit please?" I started to walk to a seat. Slowly, but I was getting there and suddenly my heels felt like 10 tons. Charles got up and guided me next to him. I gave him a mental thanks and sat there only to excuse myself and run to the bathroom to vomit. Damn, this sucks. A while after, Mary came over and found me on the bathroom floor.
"Poor thing." She tried to help me up by my back and stomach and she made her conclusion.
"Youre....Youre pregnant?!"
"Please dont tell anyone. I want it to a secret. Char-Master already knows. Please. I dont want it to be a big deal." I hung my head low.
"It is a big deal. Youre the first to carry a vampire's baby in 500 years! Especially since you're half human. How far along?
"3 Months tomorrow."
"Its a miracle you arent dead." I looked at her in shock. What do you mean I could be dead!? I calm down and sat on the bathroom floor. I felt dizzy.
"Woah..." I held my head.
"How long has it been since you fed, my dear?" I thought about it. Wasnt it...2 or 3 weeks? I dunno.
"3 weeks?? Maybe less. I dont remember."
"You should feed. If you dont have fresh blood in you the baby will feed off of you." Damn. "Go get in comfortable clothes. We are hunting."
